STOP doing 100-150 situps, 40 situps on the ball, 100 inner thigh and outer thigh each on the machine because anytime you can do over 15-to-25 reps of something then that means it's too easy for your body so...

Just stick to these body sculpting exercises instead

Okay dear I am a 45 yrs old and I am 290 pounds. I am a active person. I walk 2 to 3 miles 4 days a week. I also go to the gym twice a week and 100-150 situps, 40 situps on the ball, 100 inner thigh and outer thigh each on the machine, 5 to 10 minutes on the eliplitical machine and I do 4 different arm machines. I doing some of your exercises at night. But wait I even changed the way I am eating to a much healthier way of living. I am not seeing a change in my size or my weight. Help!!!!! Help!!!!! Am I doing something wrong?

It depends on what kind of workout DVD's you do but generally...

You can safely do this workout 2-to-3 times a week alone and since you're doing workout DVDs - you should maybe only do them 1-to-2 times a week but again...
