I currently weigh 138.6 pounds and am 5'3. I would like to weigh 121.
I've just started a slim shake diet where you replace 2 meals with shakes. Would you recommend this. I would like to lose the weight in 4 weeks or at least lose the bulk of it.

Do you have any tips for me.

Just add protein to your diet by eating a variety of lean proteins

Just drink water and ice cold is not neccessary


good day, first let me thank you for your advice. i am 31, 5"1 and i weigh 143lbs. I am unable to do weight training ( i have a pinched nerve on my right shoulder/neck), i can however, walk/run on the treadmill. so do i still need to use the soy protein? is there an alternative drink? and i abs hate any cold drinks. so the ice water thing, is that necessary?

HI ,Im 31 yrs and 170 pounds ...I am on fatty side always since my teenage days ..I joined several wt loss programs ,gym and diets till now and lost the excess wt and Now rite now m going on and off gym in whc i do 45 cross trainer and 15 mins treadmill and rest curcuit training and 300 ab exercise i followed this exercise for 2 months regular and power yoga also and dint lose even single pound...After this my motivation seems has low down ,i dont feel like going to gym now ...Pls advice what ol exercise should i do to lose wt and abt diets also with whc results should show up and the diet also to follow

I'm about 5'8 weighing 215lbs. working my way down to at least 180lb of lean muscle. I started at 240 doing a low-carb diet and about 20min of cardio with a full workout, and lately i've been pumping up the cardio to 40min and up (as long as i can go for).

Unfortunately, I find myself at a plateau right now, and I wanted to know if you had any recommendations as far as an alternate diet plan and workout routine?

Im trying to maintain a healthy weight. However, I have gained wuite a bit of weight lately. I weight 170 and I am 5'8. I would like to weigh 130 or so.. I do not like a lot of veggies. I will eat corn green beans and carrots if they are soft.. I do not like fish either.. Im so picky! I really need a mean outline that I like.. please help
