Hi. I'm 13 and I weigh about 138 pounds. I'm not very fat but my belly just hangs out a bit. I play a lot of basketball and run treadmill for 20 min 3 to 4 times a week. The bad thing is I eat my meals right before I sleep. Is there anyway I can get down to the 120's and get abs before the end of June? Thanks. |

I've been a raw foodist for two years and even did a water fast for a month last year but I cannot lose weight. (After the month water fast, I lost 9 lbs only... over the past two years I have lost 25 lbs but that was really only the first year. This past year I've stayed completely stable weight-wise.) |

I am 35 and so glad I came across you. I have followed your steps as much as I possibly can and in just four days, I lost almost 4 lbs. Better than anything I have tried. I do stay kinda hungry and crave some bad things. Although, I resist! How can I stop so that I can stick to this plan? Hi, in the last year I lost well over 40 pounds just by cutting out sugar, fast foods, & increasing my vegetable & fruit intake. I also started walking a mile a day.. which lead to where I'm at right now, running 3 miles a day. I'm satisfied with my results I'm 5'3 & I weigh about 140. The problem for me is that i don't even eat that much and I try to eat healthy food most of the time. However, I have problems with my hormone and it is really hard for me to loose weight.I used to be 55 kilos and now Im 78. When I work out my muscles build up but the fat is not leaving, so that makes me look even bigger. I tried some personal trainers but I dont think they seem to understand what my body needed. I have a very curve body and with some exercises some parts of my body start standing out even more and that makes it too much. |

Hello your site is phenominal, motivating and informative. My question is, is it okay to eat lean cusine meals? I do not purchase the ones with high fructose corn syrup. It is easy for the portion control and packing my lunch for work. I also have my oatmeal, cottage cheese, raw nuts vegetables, ice cold water, lean meats, fish no sweets etc. I will not eat the other frozen dinners are lean cuisines different? I am trying to lose 40 pounds. I do tae bo, free weights, walking for 1+ hours at work and I do the firm. Ok, I can start working out and running and doing weight training and it seems as though my muscles get bigger under the fat and I am not losing any fat! I am 5'0" and I weigh 135 lbs. I am only 20 years old. I feel huge to where I was a year ago weighing 120 lbs. I was a dancer and just stopped.
