I will be moving to a location where there won't be any gym facilities. I still want to remain fit so can you recommend any dvds (specific names) that are good for overall exercise? Ex) Pilates or Yoga? I want to especially tone my inner thighs.

Also, can jogging be beneficial to toning your legs as well?

I really do not want any bulging muscles on my innter thighs.

Im almost 14, I am about 5 4' and weigh somewhere around 115. My BMI is 21. I run every day (around 5km) and do core exersises. I am a competitive xc skiier and xc runner but still, I feel I need to cut down my thighs to match my tiny waist of 25inchs. Finding jeans is weird and embarrassing because I have such a tiny waist, pants don't fit my thighs. I need exersises for my thighs to fit perfectly into my jeans that fit everywhere else, thanks

First of all - at 5'5" and 133 lbs you also don't need to be worrying about your 'non-existent' inner thigh problem.

I think you're just stressing too much over this and trying to get a 150% perfect body! - I think you look fine and ican confidently say that without even looking at you but to answer your question...

The only safe way to lose muscle is to not use that muscle and wait for the muscle to shrink from non-use but like I said...

You look fine so son't worry abou your inner thighs and everybody's inner thighs (even real skinny people) rub together at some point

I am 5'5" and 133 lbs. I used to play soccer and as a result from that have very muscular, think thighs-especially my inner thighs and now they rub together. since i stopped playing soccer, i do exercises like yoga 5 times a week to keep toned, but my inner thighs seem to be getting more muscular. is there any way to lose some of the inner thigh muscles?

Im only 15 and I'v been told im too young to be worrying this young but my inner thighs really bother me. I joined the track team for few months and tried various exercises because my only problem areas are my inner thighs and belly hoping to tone those specific areas, and still, nothing.

I was just wondering how long will it take until I see results by doing your inner thigh workouts?
Bearing in mind I'll be eating healthily, going to the gym etc. I wouldn't call myself fat, but I've been running at the gym now for a while, most of the time it's for over 40mins, and my thighs are exactly the same as when I started running a few months ago.

The last 1 1/2 years I have been sitting at a desk for my new job. I am 36 yrs old. My prior job of 14 yrs was standing and moving around at a whse. I have noticed my thighs worsen and get very thick, w/ cellulite of course over time from sitting. I do Zumba & pilates, but it is not enough exercise throughout the week. How long can I see results following your video and your sugg's? Any other sugg's w/ maybe ergonomic changes at my desk? Thanks.

I'm 18 yrs old , 5.5 and weigh 147. I sprint, but i can't seem to lose weight on my inner thighs. I don't know if i'm naturally like that or what. When i stand, my thighs don't move, but when i sit, they seem wobbly. I never seem to loss weight, only get toned, even though my prior weight was 135.


Im 14 and i weigh 100 pounds. I do basketball, softball, running, and dance. I usualy do my own little core workout before i go to bed but i really dont like my thighs. What is a good workout to do for my legs?

Remember.. the main thing for reducing FAT in your thighs, belly, or anywhere else is done by losing weight (or FAT) and the running you do and your diet will help you lose fat


Hi, I am 5'5" and weight 142. I workout 3-4 times weekly. Overall I am tonified but I would like to reduce some fat I have in the inner and outer thighs. Specifically is from the mid thigh to the hip. I run 3.5 miles every time I go to the gym. I do weight lifting two times a week for my legs.

Doing these exercises will tone & firmer up your inner thigh area which may lead to them looking thinner but being 5'4 & 130 pounds i think you're stressing too much and you probably look just fine and oh yeah...

Hill sprints may add opverall muscle to your legs but... it'll also get rid of any excess fat on your inner thighs and your body.


I am 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds. I eat healthy, drink lots of water, and go running or go on walks about 3-4 times a week. I am trying to lose about 10 pounds before summer. I am in pretty good shape but I hate my thighs, they are hudge! Its embarrassing to wear shorts because my thighs are so fat and they rub against each other. How can I shrink the size of my thighs to make them skinnier with out building muscle? Will these exercises make them thinner? or will it just build muscle? Is there anything else I can do?

I'm not real sure your thighs are touching all that much since you're 5'7 130 pounds and...

It sounds like to me your legs (and total body) are pretty well toned.

Are you sure you're not obessing about Inner thighs?

Doing the inner thigh exercises help some but to really get sexy legs fast... I highly recommend you do hill sprints and if you can't do that - Tae-bo or any other intense cardio will work as well and the reason I say this is because - Intense cardio will help reduce flab and cellulite on inner thighs and your overall legs

If your thighs are huge because they are muscular - you may want to lay off doing any exercises for yor legs to prevent them from getting any bigger and one more thing...

At your height and weight... I think your legs probably look just fine - you're just being a little picky (dont you think?)

I'm 5'9" and about 140lbs. I have thin arms and a thin upper body, yet my thighs are huge. My calves are normal size, so it looks horrible when I wear shorts! I'm only about 20% body fat, and aside from my thighs, happy with my appearance.

The best thing to do for your legs (inner thighs included) is to do a sprint workout or tae-bo


I am very toned and quite fit as I work out heavily 4 times per week. However, I have a problem area - my inner thigh muscles are quite well developed and there is also a wobbly feeling to them. As the rest of my body is muscular / toned, I feel ridiculous. I have 22% body fat and do not want to diet further. Adele
