I am 4'9, 89 pounds and 15 years old. My thighs are 18 inches, and most of the fat is deposited on my inner thighs and my hips. I want my inner thighs to lose at least 2 inches. Will doing your exercise help? Thanks |

i have developed my quads(24 inches) and glutes through body pump(once a week),and working on elliptical machine on a high resistance(4-5/week).My clothes dont fit and I miss my 'old' slim legs and not so curvy bum.How can I de-bulk them?wouldnt running/jogging still develop them further?im confused?please help! |

hello I have naturally big legs. they were toned when I was in high school because I was active, was a cheerleader. Now that I have gooten older my legs and thighs are soft. my inner thighs are flabby and the rest of my lower body is more soft. I am trying to build muscles and especially tome up my thighs. I do not want to be skinny as I am 5'3 and would like to staty in the 135-140lb range but just be tight and toned |

Hello I am trying to gain at least 5-7 lbs of muscles overall. I am a female. I want to tighten up my bottom area. thighs, butt,stomach and legs. I used to cheer in high school and I was in good shape, but since I have gotten older I seemed to have lost muscle mass and now my bottom half looks soft. what exercises and shake can I drink. I heard protein shakes are good after a good workout. |

Im 14 turning 15 5"1 and weigh a 100 lbs. Im a very slim person. But my thighs are a little fatty. And Im wondering if this is fat or muscle. Because I have a healthy diet and my thighs are still a little fatty. Can I lose this fat by having a diet. or can i burn it off? |

I'm 19 5'5'' and 145 pounds. I use to dance / run track and from those two activities I have developed extremely thick thighs and muscular calves. I 've tried the hip abductor machine in the gym but it made my legs more muscular same as running ....what exercises can u suggest to get THINNER NON MUSCULAR thighs/calves??? Jacqueline |

Hi, I am 5'9" and about 200 lbs. I had a baby about 6 weeks ago I have been doing these leg exersizes for about a week, and have put myself on a weight loss plan, I just wondered if there is any more exersizes to work my thighs, that does not require running due to the fact I have bad knees. and if you have any tips on toning the rear side that would be much helpful. i know i'm 14, and will be 15 in a couple of months, and that we should lose weight at this age. But no matter how much i grow, my legs are always slightly shorter looking, which means my thighs look, and are huge. have you any other suggestions on losing weight o my thighs quickly other than these exercises and squats. |

Im almost 14, I am about 5 4' and weigh somewhere around 115. My BMI is 21. I run every day (around 5km) and do core exersises. I am a competitive xc skiier and xc runner but still, I feel I need to cut down my thighs to match my tiny waist of 25inchs. Finding jeans is weird and embarrassing because I have such a tiny waist, pants don't fit my thighs. I need exersises for my thighs to fit perfectly into my jeans that fit everywhere else, thanks |

I used to play soccer and as a result from that have very muscular, think thighs-especially my inner thighs and now they rub together. since i stopped playing soccer, i do exercises like yoga 5 times a week to keep toned, but my inner thighs seem to be getting more muscular. is there any way to lose some of the inner thigh muscles? |

Im only 15 and I'v been told im too young to be worrying this young but my inner thighs really bother me. I joined the track team for few months and tried various exercises because my only problem areas are my inner thighs and belly hoping to tone those specific areas, and still, nothing. |

The last 1 1/2 years I have been sitting at a desk for my new job. I am 36 yrs old. My prior job of 14 yrs was standing and moving around at a whse. I have noticed my thighs worsen and get very thick, w/ cellulite of course over time from sitting. I do Zumba & pilates, but it is not enough exercise throughout the week. I'm 18 yrs old , 5.5 and weigh 147. I sprint, but i can't seem to lose weight on my inner thighs. I don't know if i'm naturally like that or what. When i stand, my thighs don't move, but when i sit, they seem wobbly. I never seem to loss weight, only get toned, even though my prior weight was 135. |

I am 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds. I eat healthy, drink lots of water, and go running or go on walks about 3-4 times a week. I am trying to lose about 10 pounds before summer. I am in pretty good shape but I hate my thighs, they are hudge! Its embarrassing to wear shorts because my thighs are so fat and they rub against each other. I'm 5'7 and weigh about 130. I play a lot of sports and exercise or am active at least and hour and a half everyday. I lift weights and do crunches also. I'm in shape but my inner thighs aren't. I am very toned and quite fit as I work out heavily 4 times per week. However, I have a problem area - my inner thigh muscles are quite well developed and there is also a wobbly feeling to them. As the rest of my body is muscular / toned, I feel ridiculous. I have 22% body fat and do not want to diet further. Adele |
