Good job on all your hard work!
First of all -here's my short answer - Go here and do my plan to lose your last 5 pounds
You're not doing anything wrong - It's just that it's harder to lose weight when you're so lean.
The main thing you need to do is an all different routine to shock your body and hopefully my workout plan will do that plus...
When it comes down to losing your last 5 pounds it's mainly about workout smarter - no harder & longer so...
You need to find brand new routines that are intense but shorter lasting no longer than 30 minutes to reach your goal and...
Please contact me if you need help and don't get frustrated because it takes time to lose weight when you don't have much to lose

Hi! :o) OK, lets see if you can help me. In one month, I lost 12 lbs. which I did by eating right and exercise. I am quite fit and I exercise everyday. I am at my last 5 lbs. before I can start working out and cutting up for a competition in figure. This will be my first at age 48. I added more cardio to my regular workout day but I am stuck. I am not moving. The following is what I've added to get rid of those last 5lbs but I'm not moving. I am training in the morning and in the afternoon I do a combination cardio (15 min), weights (light), and abdominal workout in the afternoon. In the morning I've added 30 min "high intensity" spin cycle and 15 min. elliptical on to my 1hour training routine. In total, I've gone from a 2.5 daily workout to a 4 hour workout which is split into morning and late afternoon sessions. My body is not feeling tired to where I would say I'm over worked and need to slow it down. What can I be doing wrong? or What can I change to lose those last 5 lbs.
