I sometimes eat a big meal at dinner with my family but the other 4 meals are small. Since the big meal burns out my metabolism, is there anyway to get it back?
Would eating a small meal my next 3 hours help get my metabolism back up to burn body fat?
I jump rope in the morning and the afternoon to raise my metabolism. I was just wondering if I was wasting my time by eating a big meal at dinner

When I am dieting for armwrestling tournaments (there are weight classes) I eat every 2.5 to 3 hours, this is probably not enough to eat if you are trying to follow the 6 meals a day diet forever, or if you exercise a lot, but:
7:15AM - Bowl of oats plain
10:00AM - A banana
1:00 PM - Sandwich (turkey, cheese, lettuce, whole wheat bread)
4:00PM - An apple or some cottege cheese or a bowl of cheerios
6:30PM - Salad (no salad dressing)
9:30 - Protein shake with skim milk and 1 scoop protein
I also exercise, when dieting usually light weight training, walk my dog further, bike more. Drinking lots of water makes you feel fuller. I can lose 5 lbs. by doing this without being very hungry.

It's not about a Layout - Just eat mostly weight loss foods here (nowloss.com/199) while eating protein & carbs in all meals while eating only the number of calories you need to lose weight

It may be true that metabolism slows in the evening and you can limit carb intake in the evening meals but...
You really only need to employ this strategy when you're close to your weight loss goal or have less than 10-to-15 pounds to lose since at that point...
You weight loss rate will be slower and you'll need to use those weight loss tricks to speed up weight loss.

It's not MILK that will increase fat in the body - Eating too much and not being active is the main thing that will increase fat in the body

iv been reading that the metabolism slows down by 7pm,
1) what do u suggest as to what one must eat then cosidering that one has to eat evry 3 hrs?
2)is it that carbs shud be kept to minimum for evening meals?
3)does milk 2hr b4 bedtime increase fat in the body?

hi, im 20 years old..i weigh at 180 lbs.. i really want to lose weight and be at a 140lbs.. i do situps and squats at night.. i dont eat that much anymore..in a day i drink water, apple juice, i eat orange and banana if im hungry and i eat fish,chicken or soup at night..i want to loose this weight fast.. can u please help me..thank you in advance.

If you're 5'2 and 107 pounds - you should have some sort of visible abs.
You may want to just try doing ab exercises to bring out ab definition

hi im 13 and 107 pounds im trying 2 burn fat 2 get my 6 pack. any advice on a diet plan. i run laps for about 25-35 mins a day. i also excersise weights, situps, ect. most of my fat is on my theighs. im also 5 ft 2

At 115 pounds you're probably not overweight and you're probably already skinny and good looking so NO...
You can't lose 15 pounds in a month and you'll probably be lucky if you lose 5 pounds because you don't have too much fat to lose in the first place and at your low weight...
You need to focus on high intensity workouts instead of your diet to lose weight

hi, im 21 years old, 110 lbs, i want to be atleast 95-100 lbs. is it possible to loose 15 lbs in 1 month? i used to do the 3-hour diet, which is 5 meal a day, actually it's 4 meal a day only, because i stop eating after 6pm. I just wanna ask if is okay if i didn't follow the exact hour? for example i ate my breakfast at 6:30am and eat my mid breakfast at 9:30am and eventually my lunch will be 1:30 pm?? and eAT again at 5pm? after that, i already stop eating. is that ok? if its not maybe 3-hour diet is not suit for me.
