How fast are you trying to lose 15 pounds? have you sen this weight loss plan here - it'll tell you how many calories you need and once you lose 10 pounds doing this plan - just start over and do again until you lose 15 pounds

Take 2-3 Proactol tablets after each meal and Increase to 3-4 if taking a high fat meal

I would contact the proactol people and ask them or ask a doctor instead if this would be safe for you while breastfeeding

You can but taking both at the same time won't help you lose that much extra weight since both of these supplements help you lose weight just about the same way - they just both use different weight loss ingreadients
