I apreciate your site very well, tell me if this is correct,
I will do manly cardio in the morning, then at noon 30 minutes intervals and then in the evening circuit routine

Any exercise would be BEST for you but since your time is limited...
Make sure you workout at a moderate-to-high intensity level so you can burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time and...
Go here to see how hard you're working out so you can always know you're working out at a higher intensity

I only have time to workout 2 x qeek for about 1 hour. What would be the best exercise for me. I am 25yr old, 240 lbs, 6 ft tall and male
