I don't know of any way to tell how many watts you're doing on a bike but I wouldn't worry about it if you are truly putting in a vigorous effort

For Bicycling, stationary, 250 watts, very vigorous effort ,I go to the gym and I do 30min on the Bike with an 85 RPM at Level 10,so to do vigorous effort with 250 watts what would be the RPM and level during the 30 minutes I need to spend on the bike to meet the very vigorous effort with 250 watts.I don't see any watts on the bike,you got the hearth rate,time,level,calories

hi im 12 and i weigh about 178 pounds i realy want to lose weight before august for my best freind harlen and the eigth grade so i was wondering how much i should exercise on a tredmile and a stationary bike i also walk alot and eat a lot of apples and carrots and drink tons of water a day please help me out
