What about an elliptical - it's low impact and wont cause shin splints


Last year I was walking everyday sat and sun included I was loosing about 4 lbs a week but I ended up getting shin splints really bad. Its been 10 months and Im back in business. 25lbs lost I need another 50 but I dont want to hrt myself again, any suggestions?

I think that your "lazy workout" program is very realistic for my situation and I am fully motivated to start at the first level and to climb every level at a time! It seems to be a very rewarding and comprehensive program to follow!

Hi,

I'm a guy, 5'7 and around 160 pounds. I'm totally out of shape and I hate to lift weights, but I want to loose fat to look better!

I calculated that if I walk everyday at 4mph for an hour, if I dance everyday too for an hour, and if I add 20 minutes of moderate-weight lifting to make an effort, I would normally loose near 6 pounds a week on a 1300 calories diet???

I really don't believe I could loose that much weight that fast since I'm not overweight!

But I wouldn't mind loosing 15-20 pounds!

Do you have an advice for me? I'm kind of lazy but I want to give it a try and make a change to do what it takes!
