Do you look better or about the same even though you gained 2 pounds?

If so then you probably gained muscle

hello, I have a treadmill and I'm 40+ and need to lose weight badly I'm 175lbs, 5"00 tall, please help how much and how long!!!


we hike mostly uphill at least 4 days a week for at least 5 hours,i have lost over 30 lbs so far,but seem to actually have put on 2lbs this week,and eat no more,im veggie and have a healthy diet,so is it muscle thats causing weight gain,my muscles have bulked up over last 3 months,but its distressing to actually gain weight.
i have about 20lb more to lose to be happier,but am going mad that i gained.lol love Ann.xx

I have a recumbent bike - if I ride 10 minutes at least twice a day will I lose weight. I am also on a low carb diet. I eat less than 60 carbs per day. I also have some dumbbells about 5 pounds which I workout with maybe 2 times a week.

I have 70 - 80 pounds to loose.

A female 5'4.

Simple answer = YES you will but...

It all depends on your weight and you also need to see why VLCD don't work for everybody


if i have 1000 calories a day
and walk 80mins on the treadmill on 5mph will i lose weight

I don't understand? You don't have space in your home for a treadmill?

If so - walk outside - it's almost springtime or...

Do this in home workout walking/jogging or running


I am 205 pds. I love to eat but I also don't mind excersing, I discovered I love walking on the treadmill for an hour but don't have the space. What can I do if I only like to walk?

I m 15 and weigh 135 lbs while being 5'2 approx.
I need to get to atleast 110lbs in less than 2 months.
I walk on an incline at 3.5-4 mph on a treadmill for about 30-60 min.
I go to school so i usually don't get too much time.
What should I do? I don't see any results and i have been doing this for a month now.
I don't eat too much.. But low calorie meals every 3 hours.
But there is the fact i don't eat many vegetables or fruits or meat..

I have been trying to loose weight for a long time. I lost some but am not loosing any more. I try to walk and watch I eat all the time. can not understand why I am not loosing weight as well as my belly fat or arm flabs. Please help.
