Hi There, Im hoping to lose 3 stone by next April.Is water running as effective as regular running or swimming for weight loss/toning? My gym swimming pool is not deep,water goes only up to my shoulder is this deep enough for water jogging? And would i need the aqua shoes as my feet will be touching the floor of the pool. And finally would you recommend a specific brand of jogging belt or aqua shoe? Many thanks for your help!! Lillie.. |
