rfb7000 fat is lost by the body in whichever way the body is genetically inclined to do so. You cant control it, just eat less and move more. However, i should tell you that by the way you describe it you should look to enjoy your bottom, not lose it. just my opinion though. |

I am an African American woman. Although I am a normal size on my top half, my bottom half is actually two sizes bigger. In clothes I can wear a medium on top, but the lower half is an extra large. I am VERY well endowed in the rear end which sticks out very far and which I am very embarrassed about, and I have VERY thick thighs and calves. What exercises should I do to flatten my rear and lose the fat on my legs. With all respect, please do not suggest any exercises that would make my rear "lifted and round." That is not my goal. I need small and not so round! Please, please answer my e-mail. Thank you. |
