okay heres the thing...im 14 yrs old and i weigh 160 lbs. i want to lose alot of weight before school starts. but the thing is i had scoliosis surgery a yr back and i still cant do certain things....ex:crunches (which were my fav), and anything that involes bending...can you please help me.

I'd have to look into that but you'll certainly burn the same amount or more calories doing the same dance activities here


i was just wondering how much weight could you lose by dancing to reggae or reggaeton music?

Generally - you should look to lose 1-to-2 pounds a week but more importantly -

don't go by the scale and go by the mirror - if you look better naked then forget about the scale!


i have been doing zumba for about 2 weeks. i have added a salad and fruit to my eating. wich is a huge improvement for me. i know it's too early but when do you start seeing results? i'm afraid to weigh myself. don't want to be disapointed.
