You can lift heavy couches or tables for sets of 6-to-15 reps to get a bigger lower back and hips until you're able to go to a gym and lift heavier weights for less reps


thnks but deadlift requires bigger weights, which r available only at a gym.are there exercises that can be done at home for a bigger lower back.it wud be joining a gym but not now

if u know i, want to ask that what exercises should i do for getting a bigger waistline ..yea i can do that by eatin junk food too lol. but i wanna build muscle mass. so basically i want exercises for my lower back.i wanna grow my upperbody. for the upperback i know barbell rows or chin ups will do. but the case is i dont know about growing my waist n lower back without the inclusion of fats
