i'm trying to tone up quick for swimsuit season. heres my plan:- 8 minute tae bo workout, pilates, the love handle broom stick exercize, and running a mile on the treadmill 3-4 times a week. i cant seem to lose weight as quick as i want to and its frustrating me. any suggestions? ps- i'm mostly trying to tone my midsection, but i dont mind losing a little weight all over. please reply. |

As long as you're using a broomstick or 1-to-3 lb. weights only & higher reps - you won't "add no build" to your waist |

But wouldn't twisting in a full range of motion around the waist seems better than tick tocks with a broom? I want no build on my waist or hips at all. |

Great website! Alba is in great, beautiful shape but her abs and hips seem about almost the same ratio. How can you get a tiny waist and still have curvy hips without squaring off into a six pack? |
