I was wondering if I could lose weight by eating only fruits, vegtables, and lean protein. (with only natural ingredients) I want to lose 20 pounds by late May and I want to lose at least SOME weight by April 30th. However, I am not able to measure out my food ie. 30 g of lean protein

Is there an example of what you would eat throughout the week??? Like moday for breakfast... lunch... dinner.... snacks.... tuesday for breakfast.... etc

Oh, btw I am 14, 146 lbs, and 5ft 4

My legs aren't really big, they just need to be tonned up. My legs at the top parts have a little fat so i have them thin until they get to the top.It bothers me like crazy.Also, my im really thin, except my stomach goes flat then at the bottom it has a bump, i want to get rid of that SO bad. & How can i make my arms really small?it would be so amazing if you could help. I am 40years old and 123 pounds with a little abd fat that I want to lose. So I tried jumping rope.After about 2 weeks of jumping rope, I had terrible pain in my knees, so I have stopped and tried the eliptical.
I would like to jump rope again. Do you have any suggestions for starting again and helping me to get rid of the belly pouch after having twins-now 4yrs old--LOL?

Not true because this exercise only works your abs and some hip flexors but your thighs are not involved


i heard from a friend that while doing the reverse sit ups...your thighs tend to go bigger. is this true?

Doing the TVA exercises should make your belly flat rather quickly and you only need to do the situps and broomstick exercise 2-to-3x a week and you should see results from those within 3 weeks


Last night I decided that I should stop complaining about my tummy and do somethig about it...I'm not fat,I weigh about 53 kiolos,the only problem is that I have a belly that looks like I'm 4 months pregnant(if i dont squeeze it) and and ofcourse the love handles....I'm not in a hurry so could you please be painfully honest on how long will it take for me to lose the pouch and the handles if I do the work outs twice a day every day?(the broom one and the backward situps without forgeting the all day TVA ones)

i'm trying to tone up quick for swimsuit season. heres my plan:- 8 minute tae bo workout, pilates, the love handle broom stick exercize, and running a mile on the treadmill 3-4 times a week. i cant seem to lose weight as quick as i want to and its frustrating me. any suggestions? ps- i'm mostly trying to tone my midsection, but i dont mind losing a little weight all over. please reply.


As long as you're using a broomstick or 1-to-3 lb. weights only & higher reps - you won't "add no build" to your waist


But wouldn't twisting in a full range of motion around the waist seems better than tick tocks with a broom? I want no build on my waist or hips at all.

Great website! Alba is in great, beautiful shape but her abs and hips seem about almost the same ratio. How can you get a tiny waist and still have curvy hips without squaring off into a six pack?
