I have been using Kettlenetics since Jan 09 and it takes awhile if you have not been physically fit but I have lost approx 2 lbs per mos with a healthy diet since June, motto never give up, if you have a lot of fat it does take awhile before the muscles come through. I lost my back bra fat, my arms do not flap and my overall energy has risen which in turn makes you crave food less. This instruction is calm and precise and make you feel like Michelle is speaking to you, I do it 3 - 4 times a week and have never felt better since I was 28 (20 years ago). Love it.

I don't know how many calories Kettlenetics burns on average but I know this doesn't help but...

I can testify that it does burn a lot of calories or enough to help people tone up and lose weight
