Hi Adrian , i have one of those bodies that tends to get fat in the upper part ( back, belly, arms) and my butt and legs remain slim , i hate my flat butt and i know that gaining weight wont help because of my body type , do you think that there is a way i can slim down my upper body and get bigger on my lower body, I look ok but i wanna feel moré femenin and since fat wont accumulate on my hips , butt or legs all I cando is try to get a bigger butt increasing my muscles but i am scared to lose the little fat i have on my hips and end up looking bad . Plz help me, tell me if girls like me with android body types have hope to get a big butt and still look femenine.

Yes - you can get a Vida or Kim K butt with training and... it would really seem normal/natural and it would be hard/muscular

walking on an incline will do very little to build a bigger butt and yes...

hamstrings are usually firmed up along with other leg muscles in butt workouts

Dear Adrian, I am 53.8kg, 160cm, 22% body fat, measurements 32-25-38. I am very petite with slight hips but a large butt. I exercise at the gym 4times a week doing exercise classes and would like a plan so I have a workout routine to do twice a week to make sure I do not lose my butt and actually increase the size. I am looking for an increase in butt and hip size. I would like to bring my waist down to 23/24 but have heard that oblique muscle exercises will actually bulk the waist up? Is it just cardio that I need to reduce my waist measurement? Because I am afraid of doing cardio incase I lose too much weight. Also, i haven't got hills in my area but am currently warming up to exercise by walking on a 5.5% incline, is this at all effective in increasing glute size?
One more thing is that I would like to develop my hamstrings- would this be acheived simultaneously by doing the butt workouts?
My aim is to acheive an increase in butt measurement to about 40inches and an increase in hip size and my celebrity body idol is kim kardashian.

Just do the hugh jackman workout at NowLoss.com/w since it seems like you want to lose belly fat and for ratio of pro/carbs/fat - start off with

40/40/20 if carb sensitive and you can always play with these figures but never go above 40% for protein

I'm 6ft 2 and weigh about 190 pounds. I'm of an average build with most of my fat around my midsection. My chest is decent but I feel like I have trouble getting it to shape up nicely.

I do like the Hugh Jackman look but I don't see much difference between him and Will Smith in i-robot.

Which workout would you recommend I do?

Also I think I'm rather carb sensitive. When it comes to meal times what percentage of my food should be carbs/fat/protein?

I take Fish Oils, Multi Vits everyday. Anything else you think I should take?

I am 5'10, 158 pds and I also have stomach issues (GI problem). I could only use egg protein and can't have whole wheats or milk (no whey). I could only work out once a day or so. What would you reccomend to bulk up and get a body like Ryan Reynolds or even McConaughey. BTW your site is great!!! Thanks.
