Hello! I just found this site! I guess I will start by telling you my weight etc. I am 5'5 144lbs and and athletic built. I have enough in the back lol but I want to tone it up as well as my legs. Also my legs are very muscluar so I dont want bulk just tone them and maybe slim them a little and lose about 10lbs. Can you recomend which plan I should follow? I dont want to loose my curves.

Hey Adrian!! iTS Janelle again and i appreciate that yu put up her picutre online. Talk about motivation lol !!! But ummm i have another question for yu concernin miss MELYSSA FORD... Im pretty sure yu have seen her stomach and to me its flawless!!! Which exercises do yu perfer 2 get that drop dead GORGEOUS STOMACH. (and lil bit about myslef...im 21, 5'5, 140 pds and i do have curves as well.. I just really need 2 tone up and shed like 15 pds)
