Can I do hit on a treadmill for 20 minutes plus contemporary dancing which is a lot of leg work 3 times a week while doing these butt exercises to increase growth 2 times a week or is that too much. what do you recommend

First off I'd like to say thanks for all the hard work you put into this website.

I had a quick question. I'm a thin girl having recently lost 40 pounds. I do not and have never had a butt at all so i have started your workouts.

My question is :

1. There are 4 different butt exercises I like. I'd like to split them up doing only 2 exercises a day with atleast 2 days spaced in between them. Is that ok to do?

2. I'm addicted to a dvd workout called 'Ballet conditioning' which targets lower body toning and scultping as well as pilates core, upper arm movements for 51 minutes. Is it ok to do that 3 days a week while splitting up your squat workouts for 2 days. If not then what kind of cardio should I be doing?

3. Is it ok to just use 5 pound weights for now since I have a pretty weak lower body?

Let me know if thats ok and if I'll still be able to see fast results.

Im female, 22 yrs, height 156 cm, weight 53 KG, I have really really bad fat thighs for my body and flat butt and i wana slim them down, i dont think doing squats or lunges would help me achive a big butt cause i have read somewhere that they are hard on thighs and will make them bigger, how can i get a really huge butt with skinny thighs? do you think the donky kicks would help me grow only the butt? even if i cannot make my thighs smaller atleast i dont want to make them bigger, and just wana grow the butt.

and one more thing pls, i have an issue pussing and pulling my room door cause i have put a rilly thick carpet under it, i think it hurt my arms and i believe in 5 days i gained an inch in both arms :'( how can i shrink arm muscles??? and will pushing and pulling the door will make my arms bulky over time?? :'((

the exercises will work but your butt growth may be limited if you cant use weights or add any resistance

you can start weights anytime but don't expect to see any "results" such as firmer muscles until you lost most of your fat

I'm trying to lose weight but at the same time tone my body. I weigh 185 lbs, and trying to drop to 140lbs. I had a medium size frame but went to a large frame after i had my children. I like having my lower body big which means big butt and hips and thighs. And keep my upper body small; toned arms and small waist. I don't know where to start or how to get started or how to start a food plan. Not sure if i should do the J-Lo or Vida Guerra excercises. If you could please help me out? Thanks

I'm 5'0 and weigh 153lbs. I know that's too much weight for my height. Most of my weight is in my breast and stomach. I have started your "get a bigger butt LiKE vida" the first time i did iT i used 3pound weights n i started on a thrusday..iT worked pretty good ..i did iT again the monday that just past'd wit 10pound weights ..&& i really feel the burn!! : )

My questions are ..
1. Should i work out nxt Monday wit the same 10pound weights ..bcuz unfortunately those are the only weights i have ..? And if sO should i increase my reps && sets to add more difficulty?

I had a baby and lost alot of the weight but started gaining it back but I never lost the weight in my arms, face, and thighs. I would like to lose the weight in my face, arms, slim down my thighs and make my butt bigger and rounder.

How would I go about doing this? I weigh 130 now and want to get back to my 118Lbs mark. I was this weight b4 and J.Lo didn't have anything on me but now.......YEAH u got the point. How do i lose it where it needs to be and keep my butt/make it rounder?

all of those work your lower body some and you can still do those forms of cardio but like I said...

Limit this cardio to allow you butt to recover and get bigger so...

You may want to do these types of cardio 3 times a week for less than 30 minutes and/or...

Do you have an arm bike you can use


What cardio would you recommend that's not lower body? Tae-bo, Swimming? How about rowing?

What if you've never had a butt... skinny or fat..... it's always been small,flat, with no "meat". Will these exercises make a significant difference if you were born "without a butt" or have genetics that give you a flat figure?

It's not bad to do cardio - you just have to limit LOWER body cardio if you expect your butt to get rounder and bigger

My family is full of runner's. I love to run and I love eliptical etc.. I have a nice butt right now but I want it to be a little more round @ top. Is it bad to do cardio? Whatever happend to the runner's butt?

My side profile looks good (round and lifted), but it is interesting that buttocks appear flat in different areas of my buttock from the rear--my buttock is uneven so the unevenness needs to be corrected and then my butt needs to be rounder and lifted. The rear view is awful. I do not want to overload with too many workouts. I would prefer to use an exercise that will take care of the problems above. Thanks.

To get a bigger butt - you'll need to use weights/heavier weights and not just bodyweight
