I've already lost 37 lbs. 50 more to go. I have type 2 diabetes and now my sugars are going too low. Just wondering how I can get motivated to exercise, most of the time, I'm exhausted. Any ideas? |

Im trying to go into the mlitary I walk 3 x a week for 30 mintes and dance modern hip hop the other 30 min.3 x a week but I weigh a 194 and im at 37% body fat and im 62 inches tall i need to be at 32% body fat and i dont know how to do a correct push up either I think ...Can u help me with both issues...please im trying to leave by Jan. so I know the weight of 147 lbs wont be possible ...but body fat is my only shot.. |

have type 2 diabeties and underactive thyroid am still trying to get meds to work but its been a slow process, will thois make it harder for me to lose weight? |

hi, I have lost 60 pounds on my own with excercise. I haven't lost anymore. I keep going up and down. Its difficult to change eating habbits. I have to lose another 60 pounds. what can I do to lose at least 30 pounds in four months. I have knee problems and back problems. I have been doing on my good days treadmill, bike, weight lifting, leg bench press. on my pain days I do very little. |

hey, i weigh alot but lately i have been cracking down on eating healthy and walking/jogging/running an hour every night. actually yesterday i uped it to an hour and ten minutes. so far i have lost 11 pounds. my question is, is it good enough to do the hour and ten minute thing all within an hour and ten minutes? or should i split it up during my day? like should i do it in 10 or 15 minute frames all through out my day? which would be better, please? |
