Hey Adrian
Do you have a video/dvd with all the different butt exercises and how to do them correctly? If not, would you consider doing one?

First of all I really appreciate your response...thank u so much,
Basically, its difficult to explain the actual scenario...yes I think I need more toning and firming to get in proper shape on my upper thighs and hips. Kindly advice how to proceed further.

WITH YOUR HEIGHT AND weight your legs should not be flabby or fat at all so another question I need to ask is...
DO you think you need more toning or firming in your legs or fat loss?

Hey Adrian.....
I guess u can help me...I am 26 yrs old, height around 5'3, weight around 49...I am neither too skinny nor too fat. I had an accident long back and a surgery on my pelvic bone n thigh, after that i hav lost my hips and thigh shape, also have extra fat on my upper thighs and also a small tummy. I do 1hr stretching exercises and 1hr aerobics 5 days a week in gym..Despite of losing weight unable to reduce the fat in upper thighs and get my hips shape back...Can u please guide me?

A little bit or normal amount of running will not hurt but if you jog for 1-to-2 hours eveyday then YES...
that will hurt your goals but also
look at "Will I lose my butt?"

Hey Adrian
I have another question, what about running? I like to run, I don't do it as much, but I keep hearing that running will make the butt smaller, but I also hear that it makes it bigger. Can you shed some light on this? Thank you once again for your time.

Hey Adrian,
I need help and I hope you can point me in the right direction. I'm 21yrs old, 5'3", about 110lbs, with a bmi of 19.5% and I'm pretty skinny all around with a body shape of a board. I LOVE Alicia Keys's lower body. She has the ideal lower body that I would love to have: muscular calves, thick strong thighs and wide hips. My ideal butt would be bigger though, like kim k. Do you have a plan that would help me achieve my dream body? Your answer is greatly appreciated.

See NowLoss.com/flat - other women in your situation have had good results with that.
You can do cardio with the butt workout BUT...
Don't overdo it because your butt needs to rest & recover long enough to get the results you want and...
as for slimming your waist - my broom exercise will help but you also need to burn body fat to truly get a slimmer waist

Adrian,
I've been looking all over your site for days. I have been following your tips for a bigger butt with the J. Lo workout which I will continue to do once a week as your recommended and I do feel it. Also I have been doing your ab workouts twice a week. My questions are I had a C-section 4 years ago and still haven't been able to get my stomache flatter do you think because the muscles have been cut I will not be able to get my stomache as flat? Also while doing the workout for a bigger butt can I add in some cardio like the treadmill, stair climber, and eliptical on my off days (choosing one of these options)without interrupting the effects of getting a bigger butt? I really do need to work on my hamstrings and lift and round out my butt. I am also doing the love handles exercise with the broom stick. Will this also work my lower back to slim out my waist? I currently weigh 148 and want to drop down to 140. Can you please guide me in the right direction.
Thanks,
A.T.

I've been working out as much as I can, alternating with cardio and toning exercises at the gym, but I can't stand my legs, mainly my thights. Is there an exercise that you recommend to slim down thighs, and make it more toned at the same time.

Hi,
I'm 17 years old, measurements 34'27'40. I occasionally do yoga & cardio exercises but I really want to slim down my hips a little bit.
My butt is kinda big but its mostly flab & fat and I want to get a bigger butt but a muscular, tone one.
What do you recommend?

Actually...
All the leg exercises here except the "calf" exercise will build all legs except calves

Thanks for your help! I don't want to be a bother, but are there any other exercises I can do without building my calves? I don't have access to a weight bar, but I do have light-moderate weights I can use. Thanks again for your time!
