I am 5'2 and have been between 135 at my smallest and 157 at my biggest for the passed 3 years. I just go up 5 pounds down 5 pounds, and its really frustrating me. I can stay motivated and workout and eat right for about 2 weeks and then when i dont see results i give up and eat for a week straight. I don't know what to do! If I am at 152 pounds right now how long should it take me to get to 135 again? I took some great advice off your website and I know if i start doing it i can for a couple weeks but then i always give up, help!!

I am a girl in college as of right now and am trying to lose 10 pounds but it gets really hard with all of the typical bad college food around. I usually just have a salad at dinner with lots of vegetables on it, but then when I get back to my dorm and my roommate eats it makes me want to eat. I'm also gluten-intolerant so it's hard to find things that don't have gluten, and usually I find the bad snacks to munch on. I'm 5'7 and around 120 but want to get down to 110. How can I avoid the munching especially when I watch my roommate eat? Help!

If I accomplished this 3 day diet and started this new routine you offer, would I still gain back the weight before it comes off?

Hi, your site is very insightful. I'd like to ask if egg diet is ok? I am 29 years old and 5'6" tall. I used to weigh 156lbs. I've been walking at 5mph for about a week now but instead of losing weight I gained 6 lbs, now my weight is 162lbs. What should I do?

Believe or not - you may be eating too much or just enough to maintain your weight since your activity level is so low (because of job)...

You may need to eat less to lose weight simply because your daily activity level burns few calories so..

Please forgive this honesty, I need to release. Molested from 9 to 17, left always feeling insecure and unsure of knowing true love. hey, I am relatively fit but I have trouble getting fat of my stomach to reveal my ab muscles, I do plenty of ab exercises before I go to bed. I've got a pretty flat stomach except i have love handles like you wouldnt believe! I run quite a bit and...usually eat pretty healthy.

Mr. Adrian, I'am writting to you again, for 1 thing this plan of yours is working out much better than I ever imagined! here is a list of what I normally do could you please tell me if it is ok ? I have 2 cups of coffe w/cream in the a.m. then about 30 minutes later I exercise for 20 minutes then eat 1-2 apples and a whey protein drink with fat free can milk diluted with water and maybe breakfast. I repeat the same every 4 hours with the exception of exercise I do it 10 minutes after I have eaten a meal or a snack. Please let me know your opion on this. The best advice I can give you about "life" that is... is to just hang in there - you're only 12 and maybe by the time you're 15 - you and all yur friends will look back on all this and laugh but on a more serious thing...

If you're anoerexic... you're right about the fact I can't help you but I do urge you to seek help for this and just to let you know...

Will lifting heavy weights help you slim down? YES it will but...

You may see a slight gain in muscle weight but don't freak out because let's say you gain 5 pounds of muscle - the 5 muscle pounds you gain will make you look 5-to-1o pounds slimmer.

What kind of weight training workout do you do? and what's your goal - to gain muscle and lose fat or just to mainly lose weight?
