I am 5'2 and have been between 135 at my smallest and 157 at my biggest for the passed 3 years. I just go up 5 pounds down 5 pounds, and its really frustrating me. I can stay motivated and workout and eat right for about 2 weeks and then when i dont see results i give up and eat for a week straight. I don't know what to do! If I am at 152 pounds right now how long should it take me to get to 135 again? I took some great advice off your website and I know if i start doing it i can for a couple weeks but then i always give up, help!! |

I am a girl in college as of right now and am trying to lose 10 pounds but it gets really hard with all of the typical bad college food around. I usually just have a salad at dinner with lots of vegetables on it, but then when I get back to my dorm and my roommate eats it makes me want to eat. I'm also gluten-intolerant so it's hard to find things that don't have gluten, and usually I find the bad snacks to munch on. I'm 5'7 and around 120 but want to get down to 110. How can I avoid the munching especially when I watch my roommate eat? Help! |

This website is truly a blessing. My question for you is, I was trying to do a "lose 10 lbs in 3 days" until I read that it would only be water weight and that it would come back. If I accomplished this 3 day diet and started this new routine you offer, would I still gain back the weight before it comes off? |

Hi, your site is very insightful. I'd like to ask if egg diet is ok? I am 29 years old and 5'6" tall. I used to weigh 156lbs. I've been walking at 5mph for about a week now but instead of losing weight I gained 6 lbs, now my weight is 162lbs. What should I do? |

Please forgive this honesty, I need to release. Molested from 9 to 17, left always feeling insecure and unsure of knowing true love. My mother looked ofr a quick weight loss plan with surgery and died at age 56. I have delt with bolemia to avoid being like my mom, after six children I now look like her at a wopping 240 lbs. I hate mirrors and the battle is never ending and I am always left feeling like I failed again. I love the Lord with all my heart but can't understand why with all my faith I can't lose the weight. I want to defeat this demon. Please Help!!!! |

hey, I am relatively fit but I have trouble getting fat of my stomach to reveal my ab muscles, I do plenty of ab exercises before I go to bed. I also eat lots of fruit but do you have a suggestive meal plan for what each meal should look like, quantity wise, because I am not sure weather I am eating too much or not |

Mr. Adrian, I'am writting to you again, for 1 thing this plan of yours is working out much better than I ever imagined! here is a list of what I normally do could you please tell me if it is ok ? I have 2 cups of coffe w/cream in the a.m. then about 30 minutes later I exercise for 20 minutes then eat 1-2 apples and a whey protein drink with fat free can milk diluted with water and maybe breakfast. I repeat the same every 4 hours with the exception of exercise I do it 10 minutes after I have eaten a meal or a snack. Please let me know your opion on this. please help me. I am 12, 5'5'',118 pounds and partialy anorexic. I will stop eating for half the day, then at dinner I will eat so much food and deserts that I feel sick. it actually is working but it makes me so depressed. One boy at school makes fun of me, I used to like him so now it hurts even more. I am going through the worst time I have ever had in my life. I know you can't help me with these problams, but I want to tell someone. First, my frines are splitting apart, fighting and getting back togheter again. There is one boy in my group of friends, and everyone is accusing everyone of not being 'just friends'. I had a sleepover with a bunch of them lately, and everyone said they liked that guy. One of my friends is getting asked out by all these guys, I feel so jealous. i just entered middle school an it's been very hard for me. |
