hey, I am relatively fit but I have trouble getting fat of my stomach to reveal my ab muscles, I do plenty of ab exercises before I go to bed. I also eat lots of fruit but do you have a suggestive meal plan for what each meal should look like, quantity wise, because I am not sure weather I am eating too much or not

I've got a pretty flat stomach except i have love handles like you wouldnt believe! I run quite a bit and...usually eat pretty healthy.

How can i get rid of these damn lovehandles!? They make me look fat! ...will they go away just by eating better?

Mr. Adrian, I'am writting to you again, for 1 thing this plan of yours is working out much better than I ever imagined! here is a list of what I normally do could you please tell me if it is ok ? I have 2 cups of coffe w/cream in the a.m. then about 30 minutes later I exercise for 20 minutes then eat 1-2 apples and a whey protein drink with fat free can milk diluted with water and maybe breakfast. I repeat the same every 4 hours with the exception of exercise I do it 10 minutes after I have eaten a meal or a snack. Please let me know your opion on this. Thanks so much again for a great web site.

The best advice I can give you about "life" that is... is to just hang in there - you're only 12 and maybe by the time you're 15 - you and all yur friends will look back on all this and laugh but on a more serious thing...

If you're anoerexic... you're right about the fact I can't help you but I do urge you to seek help for this and just to let you know...

please help me. I am 12, 5'5'',118 pounds and partialy anorexic. I will stop eating for half the day, then at dinner I will eat so much food and deserts that I feel sick. it actually is working but it makes me so depressed. One boy at school makes fun of me, I used to like him so now it hurts even more. I am going through the worst time I have ever had in my life. I know you can't help me with these problams, but I want to tell someone. First, my frines are splitting apart, fighting and getting back togheter again. There is one boy in my group of friends, and everyone is accusing everyone of not being 'just friends'. I had a sleepover with a bunch of them lately, and everyone said they liked that guy. One of my friends is getting asked out by all these guys, I feel so jealous. i just entered middle school an it's been very hard for me.

Will lifting heavy weights help you slim down? YES it will but...

You may see a slight gain in muscle weight but don't freak out because let's say you gain 5 pounds of muscle - the 5 muscle pounds you gain will make you look 5-to-1o pounds slimmer.

What kind of weight training workout do you do? and what's your goal - to gain muscle and lose fat or just to mainly lose weight?


I am 33 years old and i go to the gym 6 days a week and I weigh 237 lbs. My question is being that I am so over weight am I doing the right thing by lifting heavy weights. Should I be lifting light weight to slim down?
