This is more of an "EGO" exercise that really is only for defining or making your biceps look better and NOT bigger but basically...
All you really need to do is chinups (palms facing you) to get big biceps (that's all I do!) but...
My bicep plan is designed for fast results and the chin-ups and heavy hammer curls are the top 2 for bigger biceps.

since this only tones your biceps, why is it good to do this exercise after your bicep workout for bigger muscles.
