My weight is too heavy and it hard for me to do the reps. what can I do. I find it hard to lift my legs.

Does this only tone up your arms? I'm a woman and I don't want my chest built up. Of course it's fine for shoulders or whatever but I really don't want a muscular chest. Thanks.

If your arms are big & muscular like a man's... You need to stop doing weight training exercises for your arms so they can atrophy (shrink) some but...

The weight you use depends on your fitness level but... You want to choose a weight that's going to challange you and usually - Most women should start off using a weight between 8-to-12 pounds (or 4-to-6 kgs)


What would be the a good weight to use to tone up flabby arms - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 kgs? I'm not overweight at 55kgs but would like to tone back of arms
