From what you're saying - you're only 10 pounds overweight or only have 10 more pounds to lose to reach your goal weight so what this really means is...

That you're not overweight and you SHOULD expect your weight loss to be slower than a person who is 25 pounds or more overweight.

I think you'll lose weight doing what're doing now and the 30 minutes 3 times a week is fine but if you're in a hurry to lose those last 10 pounds...

I would do a 30 minute workout in the morning and evening and you may want to look into taking a fat burner if want to speed things up but...

The key thing for YOU and all people who only have 10 pounds left to lose is... NEVER GIVE UP & HANG in there because you will lose the weight and once it's lost - it'll be very hard to gain it all back.

To give you my story fast: I've actually been underweight and undernourished as a result of ocd. I was affraid of eating, because I had been trough a lot with my colons. The pain of it made me scared of eating and getting the food down in my stomic and colons. So I stopped eating. I lost ack then 20 lbs and became very undernourished and underweight.
I've been in therapy and everything now is normal. I still forget to eat all the meals I should eat through a day, but Im not affraid of eating anymore. I've gained a lot of weight again and a bit more that I would like to loose now. 10 lbs is my goal.

I have never dieted before. I've tried to but never as motivated as now, thanks to your help through this page!

I will try with the milk starting from tomorrow. I'm also thinking of going to the gym in the mornings just to do some cardio. is 30 min enough 3 times a week?

You can mix your protein with milk but you have to include the milk calories as part of your 0-to-300 calorie meal.

Just stick with the plan for 2-to-3 weeks - Everybody has different results and the only reason I can think of why you're weight loss is slow is becasuse you're not that overweight but if you are really overweight... You should expect a pretty steady weight loss.

have you dieted before or were you dieting before you did this plan?

Please stay in touch so we can both figure this out but Give it another week (doing everything - exercising, drinking water, etc.)

I just have one question. How should I drink my protein shake? I drink like 200 ml before the meals I just cannot stand the taste. I usualy shake it with water... do you have an advice on how I can continue drinking my chocolate flavoured protein shake without feeling I have to throw up? Can I shake it with low fat milk or...?

and ME & the people I share it with at the gym I work at all have good results with it and here's the reason why...

Optimum nutrition's whey has l-glutamine in it, protein, and other ingreadinets in it that burn fat so... You don't have to buy extra l-glutamine or a fat buner if you get Optimum nutrition's whey but...

I'm not saying nitro-tech won't do the same thing... i've tried Nitro-tech myself and i didnt like the taste.

Basically - All You need is protein to build muscle faster and you can use creatine also but it isnt as essential as protein is.

if you're not seeing any results running 10kms a day then you have to switch up exercises because your body is used to running - I suggest you find another weight loss activity like swimming or some other competive sports you like to burn fat but before you do all that...

What is your bodyfat %? Maybe all you need to do is go here to tone up your midsection and love handles to get the desired look you want

I'm highly confused when it comes to eating and selecting carbs. I have noticed when I go without carbs for a week, I feel lightheaded and non energetic. However, whenever I eat a piece of wheat bread, or a teaspoon of rice my stomach makes me look as though I am in my first or second trimester of pregnancy. Im 23 years old, 5'3 and weigh 123, 4 lbs. Im a vegitarian. Through out the day I do not eat anything, instead I keep myself going with chocolate and other sugery things. When I come home in the evening a eat a normal meal and after that I get the feeling that I need something sugery. A toy store hula hoop would be better and it's okay to take off the string while doing the hula hoop exercise and...

I would only wear the string for only 3-to-5 hour spurts but you can wear the string longer - either way...

You'll abs will get flatter fast

Just pick 1-to-2 exercises for each body part you'd like to work on and stick with that 1-to-2 exercises for about 4 weeks and then do another different 1-to-2 exercises for that body part so your body will never get used to you doing the same exercise over & over

Your best bet is to focus just on eating these weight loss foods to either maintain your weight and/or lose some weight and...

As far as diet pills go - You may need to take proactol or hoodia to help you fight off hunger so you can quickly lose weight

Good job on losing weight! - I'm thinking you're doing everything right and like YOU SAID - all you need to do is change something up and I think what you need to do is to switch from running to a new activity and If you've been doing the same weight training exercises - switch them up as well

I am 23 years old 168 cm tall weighing 150 lbs.I seem to have hit a plateau and am not losing any weight( 2 months back I used to weigh 168 lbs).I have been following a cardio-weight training regime for these 2 months.For cardio I run 2 kms(20-30 min) 6 days a week followed by weight training for 45 min -1 hour.I notice some change but my belly fat does not seem to reduce much.Do I need to change my exercise regime.Also I exercise in the evening and not morning.Please suggest any change I need to incorporate.

My mother had to take a steroid based nasal inhaler for an allergic reaction. Because of the medicine she went from a size 12 to a size 16. She is now a size 14. She has chronic back and lower leg pain which has prevented her from working out.
