My question is this: I have your dvd, and have been doing the 10 minute fat loss workout. These past couple days, I've tried to break up the monotony of just doing jumping jacks by doing something like jumping jacks, rest, ski steps, rest, cruches, rest, dancing to the music, rest, etc. Is that ok? Will is be as effective?

Forget about the apple cider stuff - you dont really need it.

You have to watch your cheating and cheat less & less as you get closer to your goals

Your workout plan is fine but like you said - you are "used to it" and you can't lose much weight if you and your body are used to something so...

change things up and do something different by running/waling faster or doing a different workout and remember...

it's not the quanity it's quality.

Don't stress over getting lots of 60 minute workouts in a week but try to get in at least 3-to-7 KICK YOUR ASS workouts like intervals each week

I have been doing your treadmill and jumping jack routine for about 4 weeks now, I have lost about 10 pounds. You have completely changed the way I work out.I weigh 200 pounds,6 feet tall. I have about 35 pounds to lose. I am losing most of my weight in my stomach, however my arms are still flabby, and thighs are still big. I have been doing your arm workout two times a week for 4 weeks. I noticed a little toning. My workout consists of 20-30 min treadmill interval training Mon-Fri mornings. I strength train 3 times a week. Then in the evenings about 4 times a week I will either do Wii Fit Plus for 60 minutes or 2 10 min jumping jack intervals. My husband thinks it is too much, but I have become quite accustomed to it. I take cla, fish oil capsules 3 times a day. I also drink water and green tea. I have added 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar to my diet daily. My biggest probelm now is my food intake, I have a wicked sweet tooth. I eat way too much on my cheat days. Any tips or help you can give me would be appreciated.

hello adrian. quick question. i am trying to lose about 4-5 inches off my stomach/waist while trying to lift and tone my butt. i am trying to add about 2-3 inches to my hips/butt, and make my butt more rounder at the top and on the sides. i joined a gym and i want to know if you think this routine will help: I plan to do cardio only 2-3 times a week for 25minutes, and using heavy weights on lower body workout machines. I also plan on using the stair stepper, and using the treadmill but only on a very high incline so that it will help shape my butt and help with my stomach. does this sound like a good plan or no? any suggestions? also i will use protein shakes 2-3 times a week after workouts.

Hi Adrain, I work out at the gym 5 times a week,2 times a aday. I weight about 160, at 5'7, 33 yrs old.. I have little body fat. My body consist of mostly muscles. My problem is I build muscle fast, so I don't see a change on the scale, but in my clothes. My goal is to get a six pack, but I don't want to look to musclar. I also want to see my body weight drop between 150- 145 no lower. What should I do?

I started working out from last week, i am doing interval workouts for 20mins, cycling for 15mins, abs and weights
I stopped rice completely, i drink lemon and honey first thing in the morning and eat oats for breakfast (before workout)and a fruit after my workout.
For lunch i eat some vegetable and wheat / jowar bread and for snacks i have a green tea and fruits and fruits for dinner aswell. Intially i was 154 pounds and now iam 160 pounds. Please suggest what i can do to weight reduce more quickly

Hello, I'm 19, 6'1", 240 lbs. all of my friends say "you are not 240 pounds" but I already know it's just my body structure of my weight spreading evenly all around.

I've had a surgery in which I had to have my large intestine removed. The doctor was shocked that I have not dropped weight from going to the restroom (Lose Weight as in looking "Sickly") My doctor and mother may think it's a blessing, but, God. .I do not like how I look.

With the thought through my mind it may be an advantage. I wanted to know in what ways could I lose weight the fastest? I've looked over all of the links they all look good I set a motivational plan, I put together when, etc. etc.

The best part about my current life is, I do not necessarily work unless paid (Commission) so I do have a lot of free time, I work out just about everyday except for Wednesday, and I lack result.

I sweat profusely, I could probably fill the tub with how I sweat (Ha-ha) and I eat adequately, here are some things on my typical days:

Cereal + V8 Juice
Lunches that varies from 210 to 670 Calories (Never any Fast Food during these days)
Snacks on top of snacks around perhaps 400+ Calories
and A big dinner maybe 700+ Calories

only on Wednesday I actually go to eat some Fast food which I'm still overly conscious of because I spend all day out in College. On that day I usually just have a V8 Juice in the morning, fast food for lunch, and most likely that same meal just reheated later for dinner.

Any Suggestions to optimize my weight loss which anything would optimize it I have yet to lose even 5 pounds in over three months. It's depressing


Well I am 5'9" 225lbs 24 yr old male. I work from 7pm to 7 am and sit at a desk pretty much the whole time. Adrian: Found your website and have been following the emergency weight loss program (holidays coming up!) RELIGIOUSLY - no cheating. I am normally very sedentary, so I have been doing the 'regular' intervals by running for 45 - 90 seconds, resting for 30, and doing it 4 times a day, which I supplement by dancing to my favorite music in the evening. I rarely eat more than my raw fruits and veggies and whey protein drink, as I am so full by then, I don't really want anything more. My ab muscles are really weak (i had my first c-section as a teenager) and never strengthen them. Now after two c-sections and hiding my belly all my life and I am ready to get in shape. The problem is that everytime I have exercised, the weak abs and ab exercises is what got me to quit. It was always so painful and I felt like I couldnt do it. I am looking for a why to ease into the ab exercises that will not discourage me and so that for once I can enjoy my entire body.

hope you're doing well. I hate to bother you for the 2oth time but you always help me through and all your help is much appreciated. You give us hope. I know you told me I shouldnt let the scale rule over me and make me wory about my weight bc I must be gaining muscle. I know its bettr to Look better than to obsess about weight gain due to the muscle.. but im talking about gain in inches and "jigly" fat. I followed many tips, hints, exercises posted on your site and I went down to 120 from 141!! For the past two months, the wight was consistent, I was watching what I ate. However, ever since school started, ive been stressed and over the last month I overate. I was so stressed w school and my major, My automatic response became to eat more or to munch on something while writing a paper or studying. I tried to eat healthy but I ate in excess. So no matter how healthy you eat going over the calorie limit still makes you fatter. All my new clothes fit the "new me" at 120lbs, but Im terribly afraid of the mistakes I've made within the past month, I think I gained 2 inches back and I think I am at about 135lb.. This is terrifying adn i hate myself for being this clumsy but Im definitely going to stay consistent at the gym now too. I'll just have to make time. First of all I wanna say that your workouts really do work!! Thank You!! In high school i weighed 170lbs and im 5'11...well of course i graduated and got married young at 18. I gained a lot of weight not being active in sports and being lazy pretty much! I am 20 now and I finally got motivated and found your video "Quick weight loss workout to help YOU Lose 15 pounds fast" on youtube. I started this workout in June 2009 and did it twice a day. Once in the morning and Once in the evening. I started eating right and stopped snacking at night. I lost 30lbs in 2 months!!! Thats really good. I stopped doing this workout when I started back full time to college and walked 3 miles a day mon-fri. I recently started doing your interval workout again and running @ 7mph for 1 min and resting for 1 min for a total of 20 min everyday. I have lost a total of 50lbs since June and its now October!! I still want to loose 20 more pounds and then I will be happy!! Thank you so much for your videos and this website!! For ppl who dnt believe...well It really does work if you just have the motivation to stick with it!!!

I do have a question...I want to loose my last 20lbs as fast as possible. Im trying my best to do it in a month and a half!!! What workouts should I do for me to be able to do this???

I just wanted to drop you a note to tell that I received your free dvd. You have completely changed the way I work out. Before I would spend 50 to 60 min on my treadmill,seeing very little results. I identified my probelms after going on your website. I was working out at the wrong time, in the evenings, instead of the morning, before breakfast. I wasn't challenging myself, jogging the same pace for 60 min. I started your 10-20 min interval treadmill workout. I love it and the results are starting to show. I do a 20 min interval workout in the morning and another 10 min interval in evening. I only do this 3 times a week. I am going to start adding your jumping jack workout to my routine on the weekends to give me a break from the treadmill. Your Angela Bassett arm workout is awesome! I have a Total Gym and my arms do not feel the burn half as much as they do after this arm workout. I hope you can come out with some different kinds of ab workouts. I do not have the room to do your 4 min two towel ab workout. My kitchen is way to small and cluttered to do it and my garage floor is not slick enough. I hope more people find your website, so they can see weight loss and fitness does not come in a pill. The thing about your website is that you give invaluable information to people with no cost to them. I have lost 5 pounds just be changing my workout time.Can't wait to lose more! I started to workout again and have lost a total of 41 lbs. I have been stuck at 206 lbs for a while now and I am beginning to get depressed. I am 5 ft 9 inches and semi-active. You seem very knowledgeable about fitness and weightloss so I was wondering if you could customize a weightloss plan for me. I will do any quick weight loss option there is. Currently I'm drinking slimfast and taking hydroxycut and working out 5 days a week. I'm 5'7 and 165 pounds. I was about 170 but then I got the flu and lost 5 pounds. Prior to this, the most I'd ever weighed was about 145, but I started Nuvaring and gained what feels like a million pounds. I don't appear overweight since I've always enjoyed running but I have the same stomache flab as everyone else. It just builds up right under my belly button and love handles and behind my ribs just under my shoulder blades. I would like to tone all of this, i'm not really concerned with my scale weight-more so that I look toned and healthy.

For some reason I lose about 30 pounds without even trying. The problem is I can't do any weights due to the fact that I had back surgery noa now I have fluid built up where I had the surgery. Hey Adrian.. i looked through your website and found it quite interesting... the thing with me is im quite happy with the top half of my body well my arms and chest, but i have abit of a belly now which i wanted to lose along with my legs... the main problem with me and other's is my legs and i wanted you to try and help me by advising me the right way to lose weight on them, their much bigger than my whole body which puts me down from wearing certain things and im not very tall which makes it worser as people seem to look shorter the bigger they get...
