Hi Adrian, I like your videos. I am 5'8", female weighing 139. I hope I can explain my problem clearly. I eat very healthy, my weight is in proportion with my body. My problem is that I have a double belly. My waist around my belly button is 29 my chest 38. I have a tiny pudge below my waist and a tiny pudge above my waist. No fat on sides, I have been told its hereditary. People say wow you have 6 pack abs, but I don't. its fat. If I lose more weight I lose in the wrong place, I am large bone. Please, help me.

Thanks Adrian. I'm still going for 10lbs though I couldnt do the interval sprints but was successful doing 20 min on the eliptical. I can't do the weights in video 2 so Im gonna try adding jump rope to j. jacks & ski steps. Since Ill be lucky to work out once beside the gym with my son we're gonna dance to his dance video each am and we went hiking/walking today. Thanks again, I got my calories to 1350 today and am hoping adding a multivitamin and green tea will help because Im still hungry between meals...or really 3 meals and 2 snacks. I'm 37,fem, and 127lbs. I should be at most 117lbs. Lost 8wk pregnancy 3mo ago, quit smoking 2mo ago, don't drink and am an only parent to 4yr old with autism. Time I don't get much of even though I can't work. Recently joined mild gym but lucky to get there 2hrs/wk for core on bench and cardio (1-2mi runs on treadmill). I recently gained 4lbs after switching to your approved/no eat foods so just went back to normal eating. Excess weight is all over abs especially lower, some love handles, outside thighs so-so, just below chest, and also a good bit under arms where bra sides go. The kicker......limited ability to work those areas. I have herniated S1/L5 with bouts of sciatica, scoleosis Thorasic/Lumbar, and most importantly 3 herniated discs at top of neck for 14 years which cause week long compression headaches. I can not do exercises that use arms/shoulders/neck so they are lay on bench, use core to hoist body/legs exercises. Probably why I like yours. I don't work out upper body because of that, and after my son 5 yrs ago and with compensating for neck my shoulders make me look like a football player. How do I lose the fat under arms and under chest? And also, I can do 150 core isolates and another 160 arm on bar assisted crunches at the gym and while my abs hurt for an hour real bad, I don't usually awake 12 hours later to feel the burn. I feel like I didn't work them much and I did! Big Time! How can I work them better or is their a switch up? Should I be trying to work them 3 times a day? I need to lose these 10lbs desparately to help me handle my very wild and violent child.

Foods,I snack a bit, don't eat great, try to stick with some cheese once a day and wheat crackers, salads with chicken, some freezer or lean cuisine foods, mexican, trying to stay away from taco bell and arbys, and Im down to one soda a day from at least 6 and 10oz coffee, occasional ice tea, mostly just waters, stevia, 0cal bev, brn rice, whole wheats, pretzels, nuts, and a low cal snack cake or choco chips, etc. Can I do anything with this on a budget which allows almost no extra costs? I already don't eat big meals because I used to suffer hypoglycemia as a child but 5 is too many since there may be 4-5 days a week I may not get to exercise.

Hey Adrian, I'm in Australia. Just found your site. Thank you so much. Your help is there. I have been attending boot camp three days a week for six month. I run 5 km every second day as well. I stopped smoking and drinking in January. I now see my body changing shape and fitness is great but my weight is still at 198. To trick my body I now cycle for 6 km, drop the bike and then run the 6 km but still not much is happening. Can you advise. I am 43. Four children and four C sections. Apple shaped. I am getting married in 4 weeks and I have been exercising almost daily for a month and a half.(Total Body Sculpt with Gilad + your broom oblique exercises). I lost 2 lbs in the first two weeks and then nothing after that. I've increased the intensity of my exercises but nothing. I'm trying to tone my abs, sides and thighs. So I really dont want to lose any weight It took me over a year to get to 120. When I start dieting my legs get skinnier along with my backside and arms but not my stomache even when I was 112 about 1 year and a half ago I still had my gut(gross) so at least with my extra wieght I look a little more even. I am running very low on money which makes it hard for me to eat healthier and feel satisfied.

Do you have any tips on foods I can eat to help me lose weight, stay energergize and to make sure I'm getting the nutrients that I need?

I was thinking about just eating raisin bran cereal or oatmeal, protein powder and water, tunafish, green smoothies, and turkey meat on bread or with vegetables.

Ill probably be able to afford 40 a week on groceries and I always have eggs and bread supplied.

Adrain - I have a question. I have been on a "diet" for about 40 weeks now and I've been really successful. I've lost 45 pounds, but I have the last 30 to go and all of a sudden I feel like I'm stuck in a plateau!!! It is very frustrating.

Well, here's my question. I am taking Lamisil, to help with my toe nails, but that medication is very toxic for your liver. Do you think that this could be affecting my weight loss? I stumbled onto your site and I'm not calling it an accident. I'm thankful to have found you. I've completed a 30 day colon cleanse and lost 17 lbs in the process. My concern is I no longer have an appettite. I mean I eat, but only a little because I get full quickly now. I've switched to Silk and Special K with strawberries and that's twice a day and then something basic like a Turkey burger on wheat with a handfull of tortilla chips, and I never finish it all. Usually half is left over. And I now drink water like crazy. I just can't force myself to do the reccommended 6 small meals a day; make me nauseas to eat that many times. I run/walk on the treadmill for 25 minutes 4 times a week in the morning and for 30 minutes 2 times a week in the evening. I've just incorporated your tricep & bicep excercises. My goal now is to drop an additional 30 lbs by October 1st. Any suggestions? I really want to be toned. I live in Atlanta and I'm so sick of guys telling me that I'm fine because "thick" really ain't as cute as people think. I'm not comfortable with it personally. Also, I've had 2 c-sections. What abdominal and oblique exercises can deter my thoughts from a tummy tuck? Sorry to be so lengthy but I'm on a mission !
