Follow this diet plan for burning fat & building muscle but let me warn you...

Although you will burn fat & build muscle with this plan - you won't burn MAXIMUM FAT & GAIN MAX Muscle by doing this plan so in my opinion...

It's better to focus on gaining muscle first and then focus on losing weight or burning fat

Very, very comprehensive site. Just stumbled across it and I'm sure I'll be surfing for a while, but I have a question for you. I'm 5'11", 156 lbs. About 12.7% body fat. My goal (like everyone) is to cut my body fat and pack on some more muscle. What's the most important thing to follow as far as nutrition to reach this goal? I've been trying to east like 6 meals a day, but not quite sure of the Protein/Fat/Carb ratio or calories.

i just had surgery on my toe, so I can't do exercises where I'm running/walking, standing, or lying on my belly. What do you recommend so that I can be as fit as possible, with tighter abs, until I'm ready to walk normally?

my problome is that its very hard for me to gain weight
im 45 kg and my hight is 169 cm
i eat alot... but im a healthy person ( i dont drink soft drinks or eat fast food a lot )
even when i cook i use healthy stuff... i also go walking for 9 klm 2 times a week...
im also afraid that when i gain weight i might get a belly ( i have perfect abs which i love :P )
another problome is that my breasts and buttocks are small.. will they increase in size if i gain weight.. or do i need to have a special programme done so that the weight i gain will go there?
i looked at your tips for bigger breasts and buttocks.. will they be usefull for me??
should i gain weight before i start them???
i would be very thankfull if you could help me... whenever i go to a party i have to stuff my bra and wear special pants that make my but look bigger... and it feels really bad knowing that when people complement me they are complementing the fake me... help

You can look thru all the belly exercises here and... You can look thru all the butt exercises here and see if it's okay for you to do and also let your doctor see them and ask him if they are okay for you to do


Hi, I have scoliosis and had surgery to correct it. I have rods in my back from top to bottom. I can only bend at the waist. I am trying to look for an exercise to tighten up my belly and butt, but a lot of them put a lot of strain on my lower back. Do you have any ideas on what I could try?

Hi i seen your workout on you tube and it seemed helpful. Im trying to get rid of back fat and tone my entire body. I want to look sexii naked lol. what do you recommend?


On your video, you say to have 2 fruits or 2 raw veggies before the protein whey is this correct? I ask because the second time I watched it only said 2 raw veggies.
Also I can not drink ice cold water it has to be at room temp. is that ok??

As far as you losing shoulder and belly fat - that comes off as you lose weight but I must cautin you - that you shouldn't do the master cleanse for too long becasue it'll make it difficult for your to lose weight and easier for you to gain weight in the long run so...

you should go here and do one of these weight loss plans


i've been all over this site but i wanted to ask you some questions b4 starting exercise. i enclose a pic to show you how i look now after losing 12 lbs on the master cleanse diet. i'm not done though i still want to lose 16 more going from 198 to 170. and believe me, i still dont think i'll be done after that! but anyway getting to the point... i'm 5'5 and i want to lose the fat below my shoulder blades, on my stomache and waist. i also want my booty to sit up higher and be more firm... what do you suggest i do? i had two babies back to back and i've never been this heavy b4... please help! thanks.
