If you're not overweight - the lose 20 pounds plan won't work as quickly but it will help you lose weight and to be NOT overweight and to lose 20 pounds - you should expect to lose 1-to-2 pounds a week and don't get discouraged if you only lose 0-1 pounds some weeks and when you do get to a point where you can't lose much weight - Please read 10 ways to quickly break out of a weight loss plateau first or contact me if need more help

just wondering...
im a 5'7'', 155 ibs, 18 year old female.
im not over weight but i wish to weigh about 130-135.
realistically, how much time would it take to safely reach my goal and be able to keep the weight off?

Hi There,
as with the above poster, I love this site. I wonder if you can give any info on my belly, after 2 girls I have flabby belly (with cellulite) and any exercises to make the are around my knees smaller, I seem to store fat around my knees(inside) any help would be really really appreciated. I realise you already have short workout clips for different exercises, but I was wondering if you had any workout videos (DVD's) to purchase that combine your routines, for different shapes and goals i.e the 8 steps? This would be a very useful all in one guide that I can stick on the dvd player as I'm doing the routines to make sure I'm doing them correctly. The great thing about your exercise routines are that most of them are easy to follow and you can do them at home, a video workout would added bonus. Nisha

How do you weigh now? - if you lost 80 pounds, you probably look GREat but that's just my good opinion and also...
Everybody's inner thigh area touches or rubs whether they are skinny or fat but if you're seeking that 110% perfection...
You'll have to lose more fat and You can do the inner thigh exercises here

Hi, I have lost over 80 pounds by going to the gym and I am a true believer that the gym really works. But my problem is that now I work two jobs I have a hard time getting up and going to the gym. I am african American and i love my my hips and my butt but how do i get my inner thigh tones and also I do a lot of squats but nothing seems to work because my legs are together how do I separate them?

Morning only workouts can be effective for fast weigh loss but at your weight...
You may need more advanced weight loss techniques like working out twice a day and if you can't workout 2 times a day...

3. Is the current workout you do NOW challenging? - If not, change it right away and do something else.

I tried to follow your suggestions and this is how far I've come.
Since last week Ive tried to follow the diet plan you suggested me.
1. I don't always eat 2 raw fruit or vegetables before each meal.
2. I do not take whey protein before each meal because of the taste of it.
3. Im finding it very hard finding out how many calories each meal contains.
4. Instead of following the workoutplan you suggested me (due to lack of space) I've entered a fitness studio doing 1 hour of cardio workout 4-5 times a week in the mornings
5. and last I don't take a fatburner before workout.
I've had a couple of "falling out" moments but still holding on. I've untill now (1 week) only lost 1 pound 
I now Im far from overweight. But how can I fasten up the weight loss like 2-4 pounds a week or what am I not doing right?

Hi,
I just saw your videos on youtube and im so happy to see that there's an actual workout that works every part of the body. however i'm in good shape i gained the freshmen 15 and it's mostly my legs, butt, and lovehandles. im looking for strict guidelines on losing the weight off of my lovehandles. i saw your broom exercise and its hard for me to see that just doing a stretch such as yours with a broom works? im not doubting you at all just curious how that works so well. i weigh 137 and about 5'6. i just want to get toned and get rid of my lovehandles any suggestions? Weight loss pills are really only needed for people who are AREN'T overweight so if you're already overweight - you don't need to focus on diet pills right now and YES - the 'B6' diet supplement may work I've never heard of it but like i said - if you're overweight - don't worry about weight loss pills for now

It's no side effects to working out at night but you'll miss out on burning extra calories because if you go to sleep after working out - your metabolism won't burn as much calories because your metabolism is slowest when you sleep

HI Adrian I’m 17 years old and I stumbled upon your page by you tube. I was looking for exercises for my lower abs and love handles. So I finally went and checked out our actual website and I loved it. It makes me fell like I can actually loss my weight. I have always been chubby my whole life even when I would play sport and everything, but I’m sick of it now and I’m going to do something about it. I have tried many things before like pills, diet plans, and the programs where they send you food, none of them worked beside weight watchers but that was difficult because I was the only doing it in my family and there was all the bad food around me especially at home. But anyways enough with my life story I was just wondering if you have to take the fat burning pills that you recommended because my mother just bought me B6 metabolism support. It says it’s a dietary supplement. But will that work just as good or will it not give me the same results?

I think you'll get down to at least 120 pounds but realize as you get leaner - your weight loss rate will get slower & slower and you're at a point now where EXERCISE is more important than diet is so keep doing what're your doing for now but whenever you hit a plateau - Change up your exercise routine and if ever get stuck and don't know what to do - just contact me again

hi. im 16 , 5'2" and i lost 12 pounds already and am now 130 pounds. I do jamie king dance , or biggest loser workouts in the a.m. , and in the p.m. i walk or do the elliptical. i also eat mainly fruits throughout the day , an egg in the morning and protein (fish or chicken) for dinner. i want to get down to 110-115 by august 16, is this possible with your lose 20 in 3-4 wks program? and if this weight goal is not feasible what would you recommend?

Yes - it's possible but realize since you're not overweight - you're going to lose weight at a slower rate simply because you don't have much of any weight to lose so you're going to have to be patient in your weight loss journey

YES or YES - you can firm up your butt making it mor curvier without really increasing the size too much and YES - you can make it "muscular" bigger.
is there any supplements to take that could add inchs to your bottom? - NO, NOT really, but protein will help repair butt msucles to make them grow bigger

Although I highly recommend you change your routine every time you lose 5 pounds - You can still keep dancing if you think you'll be able to still lose weight doing it - It's just that most people hit a weight loss plateau or stop losing weight at the same rate if they keep doing the same thing but...

You're not doing anything wrong - it's just that you've been doing the same thing for 6 weeks and...
As far as light weight, more reps or heavy weight, light weights for gaining muscle and burning fat - Both ways can help you burn fat and gain muscle and the best answer I can give you on that is...
If you've been doing high reps for a long time - switch over to low reps to "shock" your body or give your body something new and also...

ok so you know how we should change our workouts after you lose 5 pounds? well ive lost 6 so i thought id change it up, ive been doing an average of an hour ofdancing for 5 days a week(this exercise was split into 3 different times of the day) and so i thought i would switch it up. so today around 8 this morning, i went on my bike for an hour. i did sweat but i didnt burn as many calories as i normal do, dancing.what can i do to make it more intense? iv switched gears on my bike so i use more effort and not to mention i live in AZ and it was 105 when i went out. its weird cuz when i dance im inside but i sweat a lot more.

Hey Adrian,
I have been doing a total body workout class twice a week using weights and a stability ball and I was wondering what is better more weights and less reps or less weights and more reps to gain muscle and burn fat faster. I also have been bike riding a 1/2 hr two days a wk and using a treadmill. I have been doing all this for about 6 wks now but i am just not seeing the results I would like to as fast. I need to lose about 40 lbs. and I would like to do it by August 1st. As far as my eating plan I have been doing 5 small meals a day with protein. Is there anything you could suggest that I do differently to maybe speed things along. I am 46 and I feel like my metabolism has just stopped sometimes. I appreciate all your input as usual. Hi Adrian!
My name is Shawn and I am trying to tone up my ab and arm area due to a 40 lb. weight loss (from being a chubby kid)...I exercise about 5-6 times a week (for the past three weeks now) with 60-90 mins of cardio and three days of strength training (I'm interested in getting into some professional bodybuilding..taking creatine and whey protein too). But I still have really loose skin in these areas..and I don't have the funds for surgery...what do I do? Or can you offer me any advice...Looking into getting a personal trainer..
