I know that i am a normal weight but i need to lose these love handles to look better..But i have a few questions: for the intervals that i have to do after the workout plan, can i run up and down stairs? if so how many flights and how many times? saturday n sunday no exercise
evening after dinner-20 mints of interval workout(jogging at my hardest n walking at slow)
30 mints walking up the stairs(include walking up n down stairs..as i cant do dis exercise at one stretch i take 15 mints rest in between)

First of all let me say that you're weight is fine and you probably look good already and According to the height - weight charts you're not overweight but YES - you're right..

My calves seem so muscular that when I wear heels, it ruins everything. I was also wondering if benching has any major effects on the arms. Try adding more complex carbs like oatmeal to your diet and...

As for working out or exercising - find an "active" hobby like tennis or something that doesn't seem like work and if you can't find a fun active hobby...

I am 5'8" and 3/4 but I just round down to 5'8".... in April 07 I topped the scales at 298lbs and a size 26.... Now I am 215 and a size 16- I want to lose 55-70 more lbs and am having a terrible time with it... I have no energy to work out (I wake up at 5 am to get ready for work)... by the time I get home if I do go for a walk or something I get wired for the evening then the next day drags... I dont eat "alot" of food- only 1200 (at best) calories a day... and I had to work up from that from a poor liquid diet of 6 years ago... (did the liquid diet and found that I could go for a few days without being hungry and have fought to regain "normal" eating habits...) To lose the first 40lbs I took trimspa- then I started walking and using weights... now with the job I am finding a hard time to lose the weight and I know I need to. I am just frustrated with no motivation. I watch exercise shows and get repulsed because I could do what they do- but if I could I would be doing it already- I don't see how people can look at working out as "fun"- I dont see it and for me- there is nothing fun about it... how can I change this? I have tried things that I like to trick me into the exercise thing but it doesnt work.

You're not overweight but it seems to me like by only eating apples & water (as your weight loss method)...

You may have lost muscle as you lost weight causing those undesirable spots on your body so what you need to do is...

#1 - Keep eating the right amount of calories to maintain your weight or lose but...

#2 - Eat a variety of foods and so in your case that means eating more than just apples, so add vegetables, complex carbs & proteins and...

#3 - Start doing some of the body sculpting exercises here and...

In your case you can keep eating school lunch but make sure you're not overeating at lunch and try to make sure your lunch is just weight loss foods if you can and...

Go here to get an idea of how many calories you need to eat to lose weight and divide those calories by 3 or 4 meals It's better to eat 5 smaller meals but being in school may prevent 5 mealsbut for example...

Let's say that you're supposed to eat 300 calories in each of your 5 meals (1500 total) or 500 calories in 3 big meals everyday to lose weight...

When in school at lunch - Just try to eat 300 or 500 calories worth of weight loss foods instead of junk (if you can) but if you can't...

AND I'M UNABLE TO EAT SMALLER

MEALS DURING THE DAY AND I DO WORK OUT AND WALK BUT NOTHING HAPPENS


Hey. Im starting to work out and I was just wondering if my "diet" menu for gaining muscle is good.

breakfast- 2 eggs, oatmeal, apple
snack-protien shake
lunch-tuna, fruits
snack-protien shake
dinner-fish or chicken, vegtables
snack-protien shake

Would this be a good diet to follow until I get the results I want?

I want to get better stamina(because I am in police school), but when it is winter time then i don't want to run outside(because it is easier to get sick)...so I don't have much room too. What kind of exercise i can make indoors to increase my STAMINA!
