My goal weight for Febuary 28th is 107lbs. My sister is getting married in March. I get my dressed alterated on the 28th. I want to look my best. I weight about 135 right now. So that is about 28lbs in 6-7 weeks. Is this possible? Most of my weight is in my breast and belly area. What do you suggest? Is there a way I should calculated my calorie intake? And do you also suggest me to be taking in 70 oz of water? I know its not health to lose weight fast but I want to make sure I look good but not better than my sister... lol! I am 25 years old, 4'10 and 140lbs. I started losing weight in November and have lost 18lbs (was 15 so far. My stomach is my major problem area. I have been trying to get some kind of physical activity every day. The most physical thing I do is jog on the treadmill. I do have hip problems from having children. I have switched from a 12 pack of coke a day to 3-4 coke zeros. I am in process of cutting out the soda all together. I know I don't get enough sleep and am working on that also. I eat 3 snack/quick meals a day. I try to keep those at about 200 calories. I also eat dinner which is about 400 calories. My weight loss is at a stand still now. I would like to get to 120-125 which I know is still a bit much for someone my height. I have always had very muscular legs and big boobs so 120-125 looks good on me. I need help getting past this plateau but don't know how.

Hi, im 18 and almost 200 lbs... With the new year starting I decided it was finally time to get myself in better shape and healthier. I started eating right and I'm doing pretty good at that. My problem is that I don't know what kind of workout to do. Last year I went to the gym with a friend for a few months, we did the same things and while she got amazing results I didn't get any at all. Hi I am a 29 year old who is about 50 pounds overweight trying to lose weight and get fit. My problem is headaches, nausea, dizziness and sensitivity to light every time I actually get my heart rate up. I thought when I first started working out my body just needed time to adjust to the new physical activity but 9 months later nothing has changed I can walk 2 miles, I rode my stationary bike for an hour, 7 miles but when I put the treadmill on 10 incline at 3.5mph I was barely able to go 1/2 a mile before I had to stop because all of the symptoms become too painful to continue, if I do I will barely be able to stand for about 3 hours before the pain finally recedes. How am I supposed to get around this problem?

Adrian, hi, what a fantastic site, and great to see there are still somethings that are free, i just need a little advice, i am a 38 year old male, and i have been working hard recently to increase my fitness and strength, after finding your site i decided to try the "Daniel Craig" type workout and i am getting on great (lost 2 pounds in a week) but i need to be clear that it is ok to do the exercises daily for 5 days, as i was always under the impression that i should leave 48 hours between workouts,
I feel ok, but i dont want to overtrain, how will i know if i am overtraining?
