hello there im 22yrs old, 5"3 and weigh 134 pounds i really need to drop to 120 pounds in 4months iv had a baby 2yrs ago and my tummy and breast are very saggy and would like to tone them up, im also very bottom heavy and nearly 85% of my weight is in my bottom and thighs id really like to slim them down and tone them up!what sort of eating and exercise plan should i be doing?? please help thankyou sakina bolsover, england |

Hi, im 18 and almost 200 lbs... With the new year starting I decided it was finally time to get myself in better shape and healthier. I started eating right and I'm doing pretty good at that. My problem is that I don't know what kind of workout to do. Last year I went to the gym with a friend for a few months, we did the same things and while she got amazing results I didn't get any at all. Also I have asthma and major knee problems so it's difficult for me to do some things. Do you have any advice on what I should be doing? |

Hi I am a 29 year old who is about 50 pounds overweight trying to lose weight and get fit. My problem is headaches, nausea, dizziness and sensitivity to light every time I actually get my heart rate up. I thought when I first started working out my body just needed time to adjust to the new physical activity but 9 months later nothing has changed I can walk 2 miles, I rode my stationary bike for an hour, 7 miles but when I put the treadmill on 10 incline at 3.5mph I was barely able to go 1/2 a mile before I had to stop because all of the symptoms become too painful to continue, if I do I will barely be able to stand for about 3 hours before the pain finally recedes. How am I supposed to get around this problem? |

HELP!! I am a 25 year old female who is 5'6 and weighs 300 pounds!! I have been experiencing heart problems and have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and i am tired of being this way!!! I need to be healthy and tone my body! I was considering gastric bypass surgery and I am not too sure if its a good idea. I have recently dropped from 203-192 in approx 6 days is this healthy.(16year old male) I don't feel as hungry any more and have started to jog every day for 15-22 minutes but i find when its the day to lift weights particularly dumbbells (curls and so forth) I am not as strong as I was when i was 203 pounds, Also my arms (biceps) do look smaller is it me losing muscle or fat around my arms because i had very little fat around my arms when i was 203....p.s could it be due to my body simply just being tired because I went from being lightly active 3 times a week medium activity to 7 days a week cardio and intense weight lifting 3 times a week i need to know what to do if i am eating too little and im losing muscle because i don't want to lose any muscle from my body during weight loss? How can I quickly lose my stomach pooch after having a child? I have hashimoto's thyroiditis which regulates my metabolism at half the rate of a normal healthy adult. What foods and exercise will work the best for me if i want to lose around 70 pounds? thank you. |

Hi Adrian, I just started this High Fiber, Low Carb & Low Sugar Diet with a walking program of 6 Days a week with one off and I was interested in your advice on this diet program if it is an okay diet or if there is a better one out there that will give me lasting results. I am looking to lose about 40 pds. And I want to do it by Spring. Any advise at all on this would be greatly appreciated. |

Adrian, hi, what a fantastic site, and great to see there are still somethings that are free, i just need a little advice, i am a 38 year old male, and i have been working hard recently to increase my fitness and strength, after finding your site i decided to try the "Daniel Craig" type workout and i am getting on great (lost 2 pounds in a week) but i need to be clear that it is ok to do the exercises daily for 5 days, as i was always under the impression that i should leave 48 hours between workouts, |
