Lift heavy weights for 3-to-8 reps and even better - do heavy weights with compound exercises like Bench, pullups, squats, power cleans etc. for 7-to-10 sets of 3-to-5 reps for more mass and for your six pack...
Burn belly fat by limiting yourself to only 3-to-4 High Intensity 20-to-45 minitue workouts like Intervals and...
You can keep your same eating habits but if you're not seeing the "mass results" you want - Eat a little more and vice versa...
If you're not getting ripped or a six pack - eat a little less but if I were you...
I would spend the first or next couple of months building mass and then the last months until june getting ripped with intervals - this way...

As of my diet this is my daily Intake:

2. 1 Litre of carrot +Apple juice - Lunch.
3. 2 Scrambled Eggs - 1.
4. Carrot Juice - .50 Litre - Mid afternoon snack
5. Papaya - 500 Grams - dinner.
6. If I feel really hungry then it is carrot juice again.
Do you feel whether this diet is worth it.
I am seriously contemplating to go for Whey Protein as an substitute.
Please give me your value add.
Do you think I have to add anything more in my Routine OR change it.

So I have tried everything to lose weight except drugs and pills and nothing seems to work for me I don't know what to do I plan to try the lose 50 lbs in 5 to 8 months plan but I still don't know if it will work for me I have always been active sports rollerblading swimming exercising but now I am in a rut over the last 4 years I went from 140 to 200 lbs I don't want to be 140 again but I would like to get to 150 160 I am 25 5'7 and have a large frame. I had my first baby in october and got up to 235 I lost 35 right away (i think it was just water) but have not lost anymore and I was having a hard time before I got pregnant losing weight, I don't know if it's stress or what?? I have been having anxiety attacks lately I have no insurance and I don't know why I am soo stressed or how to stop being stressed exercise doesn't help me destress like they say. I am stuck!!!

Question: I have lost 25 pounds in the last 2 and a half months with healthy eating and exercise on my stationary bike and jogging on my trampoline. Problem; I think that I am at a plateau now so I started Debby Seibers' Slim in 6 routine. It is very intense and it works muscles I have never felt before. Can you give me anymore recommendations? I would like to lose another 30 lbs. I DO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY CLOTHES BUT BASED ON THE SCALE I have only lost two or three pounds in the last 3 weeks? ugghhhhhhhhhh@!

I am 40 years old, mother of 4 and still look pretty good. I am 5'6" and 129 lbs. The problem is that I am extremely out of shape. I am what they call a "skinny-fat". I used to be really toned but no longer look good naked. My body fat is around 30% and I'm not even sure that if I make a muscle you would be able to see it. Lately I have re-acquanted myself with the treadmill. I used to run 5 miles a day 3 days a week but that was years ago. Now it's hard for me to keep up a fast paced walk for a mile! I have tightened up my diet recently by nearly cutting out sodas (one a day) drinking more water and eating lean protein and a lot less fat. What is the fastest way to lose my last few pounds and build lean muscle. I especially want to build my butt and see some shape to my fat and flabby upper arms. I have a well equiped home gym (my husband is a Marine, but I can't train with him!) By the way, lots of people think that being thin will make you healthy and I am a walking example of that myth. Recently I have discovered that my blood pressure is very high and I have a hard time exerting myself for long or extreme amounts. Help.

Love this site!! I am 5' 8" with a muscular build at 195 lbs. 10 days ago I weighed 205 Lbs. just before starting Hydroxycut hardcore. I've lost 10 lbs. so far. I have been following the recommended dosage and maintaining a very strict diet. I have been limiting myself to only 1 starchy carb a day before 2 pm. I have eliminated bread completly. And absolutely no junk food. Nothing but good protein only green veggies and raw fruit I drink about a gallon of water a day. Not really into the calorie counting thing.. it's too confusing. I'm not even doing a cheat day right now. I'm going cold turkey. This is how bad I want it. My weight training has been, Monday and Thur( chest, shoulder and triceps) Wed (legs) Tues and fri ( back and biceps ). My cardio has been jogging on the treadmill or riding a stationary bike for 20-30 min 5 times a week. Until I discovered your pyramid interval workout. I'll be trying that tomorrow. I have also tried to incorporate a little jump rope. My goal is to get a more defined mid section.. a "sixpack" by june of this year. Years ago I did this same routine for two months. I used the original hydroxycut with ephedra. I went from 195 lbs. to 165 lbs. in 8 wks. I was ripped, but I lost a lot of muscle mass. Was'nt happy about that. Looked good naked , but with clothes on, I looked sick. I was lifting light weights ( 3-4 sets 12-15 reps ). I want to have more mass this time. So, i'm lifting heavier ( 6-8 reps/ 4-5 sets ). How much should I be lifting? Am I doing too much cardio with the hydroxycut hardcore? Any advice would really be appreciated.

I wanted to say i just ran across your page while i was surfing google. I found it amazing! You are very inspiring! I lost 46 pounds in 07' I weighed 171. At 5'5 i thought i looked pretty good. But Only to gain 77 pounds back this past year. I'm out of shape and weigh more than i ever have in my entire life. At 248 pounds i'm depressed and uninspired. I hate to even try and lose the weight all over again. But, i have to say after seeing your site. I'm ready to get off my ass and do it again but, this time for life. All caffeine and green tea are off limits for me - even the small amt of caffeine in dark chocolate. Are there diet pills without green tea that work? Can I still lose as much weight without caffeine? I don't get tired without it but sometimes I don't have the drive to throw in an extra work-out at the end of the day either. Any alternatives?
Is it safe to do some of your more strenuous work-outs while on the Master Cleanse?

Look at the first thing you need to do if you can't lose weight and...
If you are doing that right - Look at how to speed up your weight loss
Overall - it seems to me you're doing everything right except you may be counting your calories wrong

All those options increase intensity which will in turn speed up weight loss so if you can...
Keep a log book and try to increase the hill, speed or both everyday or every week you're on the treadmill and...

My first suggestion is to get protein from other food sources such as beans, nuts, shakes, etc. and I'm guessing as far as the help you need is an exercise plan and since you may be busy with kids...

For which muscles to work - it's best to work all your pushing, pulling, and leg muscles on separate days so...
Your pushing muscles (your chest, shoulders and triceps) should be worked on a separate day like monday and...
Your pulling muscles (your back and biceps) should be worked on a separate day like Wed. and...
Your legs (thighs, butt, hamstrings and calves) on friday and YES...
Morning workouts are best and NO...
It doesn't matter when you sleep but you should try to get 6-to-8 hours sleep daily

Hi, you have so many diet plans and workouts which is really good, but im confused on which one is best for me. please give me your personal opinion. Im 5'4, 20 yrs old, and I weigh 176, I always fluctuate between 172-180 lbs, i could never get lower than 169 or stay down. i would like to go down to 140 and ill be so happy. i have 3 sister and 3 brothers, all are skinny except me, therefore im always being compared to them by everyone.On top of that I live in Hawaii surrounded by people made for bikinis. I used to weigh about 180 lbs; but over the past couple of weeks, I lost about 20 lbs. because I was sick. I'm really happy that I did lose as much weight as I did because I wanted to lose weight anyway, but I would like to lose about another 20-25 lbs. within the next couple of weeks. First off, thank you so much for all you've done on your site, it's been very motivating and helpful. I am 28 years old, I am 5'2 and weigh 148. I started watching what I eat by eating 4 to 5 small meals with the weight loss foods you recommended. I also workout 3 to 5 days a week, 30 to 45 minutes of moderate to high intensity intervals on the elliptical and weight training. My question is I am not seeing results on the scale, I have been doing this for about 3 weeks and I have only lost 2 lbs. What else can I do? Why does it seem like I am not seeing any fat/weight loss? Any suggestions?

I have finally found the type of motivation to keep me working out and I'm LOVING it!
I'm currently walking on my treadmill 5 days a week (Mon & Tue are my rest days) at 2.6mph at a 3 incline.
In your opinion which would be better: working on getting the speed up and leaving it at that incline or working to get the incline up?
I want to loose weight all over and so far the walking and your videos have helped me loose 6 pounds!

Hey Adrian, I'm 18 years old, 6'1 and weigh 160 pounds. Currently I am on holidays and plan on getting fit. I am looking for an exercise plan in which I can work out 7 days a week. BMI: 21.3%, Body Fat: 19% and I am an Ectomorph. I own an exercise bike and a set of free weights. What muscle types should I exercise on each day of the week? And for how long, 40min? Should I do cardio every day? I’ve read on the internet that doing cardio as soon as you wake up is best, as you body is searching for energy and can’t find any and therefore goes to your fat for energy. I’ve also read that getting 8 hours of sleep is required for building muscle, but does it matter what time I go to bed, as I work the night shift at my job and end up going to bed at around 2am.

Hello. I have the question of the area of my hips. I am 5'8", 42 and have lost 20lbs to be now at 185. I really don't want to lose too much more too soon as I am trying to reshape my square hips with little behind and lose the flabs under my arms at my ribs that almost look like gills. I am still a work in progress but I would like to know what to expect for my profile? If I could close to a baby Beyonce lower body shape, what regiment should I make a practice for my goal? Usually - if you try to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time...
You'll end up losing the FAT (no problem) but you can only expect to gain minimal muscle since you are doing a weight loss diet plan which prevents you from adding MAXimun muscle so...
it's best to focus on fat loss first and then muscle gain but...
You could build a little muscle by losing weight with Manly cardio

I want to loose 30 pounds before the summer.....Is it possible for you to tell me exactly what to do in order and how many times? i want a big booty, a small breats, muscles, flat belly, EVERYTHING.. Basically, I WANT TO LOOK GO NAKED!

HI,I just turn 26, I am 6'3 280 @ 27% BF, My goal is to lose 50 to 60lbs of fat and reach 230 to 220!!
Is it possible for me to keep the muscle I currenly have (maybe gain 10bs more)while burning the fat? And could you give and example of a 2,000 cal. low-carb /high-protien 5-6 meal plan menu?

It's best that you ask a physical therapist that question but...
If you look at one of the workout examples in this video here - I show you how to lose weight even if you can't walk (just watch the whole video) or...
You can do the elliptical trainer - that's a no-impact workout that puts no stress on your joints but remember - I'm not a PT so make sure you consult with them first before doing anything

You can go here and do the "Exercises for Posture (Back & Shoulders)" to make your back LOOK slimmer but to really lose back fat...
You need to go on a fat loss plan to lose overall body fat

You can go on a weight loss plan to lose your massive hips and belly and once you lose weight - you'll lose weight all over your body so I can't promise you that you won't lose your boobs as you lose weight

I am 36 years old and is 180 pounds,i need at least 30 pounds but my left knee has a damaged tendon.What excercises can i use that will not put pressure on my knee that will help me loose the weight.

I posted before and I was checking back for an answer and saw they had been erased. Sorry for the double post.
What exercises could I do to loose back fat? I'm doing the broom exercise and it's working great on the love handles around my waist area! But I have these bigger ones above my waist, on my back on both sides. What can I do to get rid of those? My back would look great with out them.
Also, could you recommend any chin/neck exercises? I have a little double chin that I want to get rid of and want to make my neck look slimmer.
