1A. On Monday & friday Morning - Do your chest & arm workout followed by a moderate-to-high intensity 30 minute regular cardio session like jogging or fast pace walk - take 10g creatine mixed in 10oz juice along with 20g whey protein mixed in water.

1B. On Monday & Friday evenings Do this six pack ab workout followed by tae-bo or any other kind of manly cardio


2A. On Wednesdays - Do bicep workout followed by a moderate-to-high intensity 30 minute regular cardio session like jogging or fast pace walk - take 10g creatine mixed in 10oz juice along with 20g whey protein mixed in water.

2B. Do Tae-bo in the evening or other manly cardio.

3. On tues, thurs, & weekends you can do light-to-moderate cardio for 45-to-60 minutes (sissy cardio) in the mornings like walking ata fast pace or light jogging (* this is optional though)

Rememebr to watch your diet and keep it clean by eating higher amounts of protein, only complex carbs like oatmeal, wheats, veggies & fruits, any kind of nuts, and drink plenety of water.

Do tae-bo or other "MAnly cardio" exercises 3-to-4 times a week first thing in the morning to burn more fat and Only take the creatine after you do your once a week biceps and your twice a week chest workout

I can't guarantee you'll look like that guy in a month but you will see yourself getting closer to that look and you can adjust your workout to speed up your results or you can ask me for more help on what else you can do but this should get on the right track to start with.


So should I do tae-bo 3 times a week, workout plan to get bigger biceps 1 a week and the fastest way to gain muscle in your arms and chest 2 a week? Have a protien drink and creatine after every workout and take my hydroxycut? If I did that could I get a similar body as that guys in a month?

Yes, you Should try progressing with any weight training exercise.

If you're unsure as to what weight to use - start off with light weight (make sure you record how much weight your using) but you want to quickly progress to using moderate weights to begin seeing results

In your case - it's fine to eat frozen/steamed veggies but try to get those raw fruits and veggies when you can


I just replied to you via e-mail. thanks for the tips, I started going back to 900 calories today and i haven't gained any of the weight back because I followed your tips on drinking water.

However, I have a question in regards to fruits and vegetables.

I know you put a lot of emphasis on fresh fruits and vegetables, but my problem is that I live on a tight budget and the weekly cost fresh produce can really add up.

I buy frozen vegetables, and fresh vegetables I can steam, because of the shelf life. I also take a scoop of a podwdered fruit and vegetable supplements from GNC which equals to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables. Is that OK or should I only stick to fresh produce. I do not eat canned vegetables because of the sodium.

You don't need to take any fat burners really unless you're struggling to lose weight - If you're fine with the rate you're losing weight - I rreally wouldn't consider buying anyhting (pill or supplment wise)

Add 100-to-200 more calories a week on to your total daily calories until you reach 1500-to-1800 calories so...

Your first week (NOW) keep eating 700 calories and then next week you'll eat 800-to-900 calories and...

This will protect you from not gaining any weight and it gives you body time to adjust slowly plus...

If you exercise twice a day and eat those weight loss foods - you shouldn't have to worry too much about gaining weight.

I also think I should add that I'm subscribed to sparkpeople.com, there one can start a meal plan and they tell one what their caloric intake should be. My minimum caloric intake for my weight and height is around 1470-1820.

Though I'm going well below that, I try to atleast consume my minimum proten intake which according to them 60grams and the highest should be 150grams.

I already asked you this question but I didn't get into much detail about myself. I'm 25 years old, I'm 5'8 and I weigh 189 lbs. I have three kids and after my last pregnancy I weighed 212 lbs after losing all the waterweight. You need to eat more mini-meals (at least 5 meals) a day instead of only 2 but if you're already loing 15 pounds a month - I would keep doing what're doing but eventually you'll hit a weight loss plateau because your metabolism slows down from you not eating that much so...

After you've reached your weight loss goal or hit a plateau Do this program to lose 50 pounds or my best advice to you is...

Stop what're doing now to lose weight and Start over by doing the program to make you lose 50 pounds

The weight loss will be slower than your 15 pounds a month but the weight you lose will stay off permanently.

Yes -it's okay to do intervals (intense aerobics) everyday and you can do circuit training (or other types of "manly" cardio) as long as you give the muscle groups a chance to rest

Don't DO the master cleanse - It'll totally ruin your goals.

It does help you lose weight quick (in an emergency situation) but... After you lose weight your metabolism will be slower making it easier for you to gain fat.

Even if you don't meet your 2 week goal - be happy with your progress and keep working til you get your Paul Walker goal but...

Im going to do two manly cardios a day, one first thing in the morning and then one in the evening. Im going to take a fat burner(green tea pill) before each one and a protein shake after each one and maybe one before bed. Im also going to change my eating habits by eating healthy foods instead of junk food, sweets and soda.If I still need to lose a few pounds I might go on the Master Cleanse for a few days, would that be ok do?

It can be done but you have to do 2 manly cardio sessions a day (once in morning & one in evening) and make sure that your cardio workouts last 20-to-45 minutes and make them very intense.

Take the green tea (or whatever fat burner you use) before your morning workout and once more in the evening.

Quick tip on CVS green tea: If the recommened dosage is 2 pills.. take 2-to-4 because green tea in pill form doesn't fully absorb like natural japanese green tea and...

I would use the protein at least 2-to-3 times a day - (protein is a fat burner also!) and try to include these fat burning foods in your diet as well and by the way...

I would keep doing manly cardio to burn fat but when doing manly cardio - use light-to-moderate weights to maintain your current muscle and to prevent you from getting too muscularly big and...

As far as 2 weeks goes - It's best to only shoot for 1-to-3 pounds a week of PURE fat loss and maybe by losing 2-to-6 pounds of fat in 2weeks you may be able to bring out the "Paul Walker" type of definition you want

Hi I'm currently following your diet program. I had order turbo jam and followed there diet plan but I felt like I was was starving myself. You said you have trouble sticking with anything and you didn't
write "I CANT LOSE WEIGHT" so...

I think you may be able to do this butt exercise where you lay down on a pillow but please...

I was in a car accident and broke my femur. I have did physical therapy for my leg to increase strength but still have alot of weakness still. Tell your husband that the reason why he isn't losing weight walking is because his body (like most people) is used to the normal walking routine so in order for him & you to see any weight loss results - the best thing you & he can do is...

i am trying to get my fiance and myself into a routine weight loss program that won't make him feel like he has to but will make him want to. i am 23 going on 24 in june, i am 5'5 and 138 lbs and i want to get back down to about 125-127 where i was before christmas, mainly my tummy, hip/thigh, and arms. my fiance is 22 going on 23, 250 lbs, so he tells me poor thing, and wants to go into the military and has to be 190 lbs at his height of 5'9. we used to go to the gym on a regular basis, going to the gym 3 days a week and just doing good walk on the off days. he has now degraded us to walking and he just does the walking around the block which is doing nothing for the both of us. he wont' go to the gym because he says walking can do the same thing. i tried telling him that walking is just the begining, you have to get a good 30 aerobic work-out just to get your body started or take longer faster paced walks. what can i do to get him more motivated about getting healthy and taking longer walks without asking me why.

The best time to exercise would be first thing in the morning on an empty stomach so you can burn more fat but there is some good news for you...

I recently saw a study that said if you did 3-to-4 10 minute short cardio (aerobic) workouts at differnet times during the day...

You can actuallly lose a little more weight than someone who did 1 big 30-to-40 minute cardio workout.

The university of pittsburgh found that women who divided thier 40 minute cardio workouts into 4 10-minute cardio workouts spread out during the day LOST 20 pounds while women who just did one big 40 minute cardio workout LOST 14 pounds so if you can...

Go for 10 minute morning workouts, workout 10 minutes after eating lunch to burn more calories during digestion, 10 minutes in the afternoon, and one before bed.

I had gastric bypass 4 years ago, lost 200 pounds in 6 months and kept it off until December of 2007. In December I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was treated with prednisone. I have been weaned off the drug for over a month now, and during my recovery I broke my leg in two places and tore every ligament and tendon in my ankle. I am not ambulatory and I eat (small portions) out of boredom. I have gained about 30 pounds, but this was before I broke my leg as a result of the prednisone. I won't be able to exercise until June or July. I return to work in mid-April. Which plan can help me reach that goal?

At your current height & weight now - it's going to be tougher for you to lose weight because... you're not overweight or have not much weight to lose in the first place but...

Since your goal is to lose another measly 1.5 kgs - It will come off in time from doing your current routine but...

If you want to speed things up a bit - you need to change your workut routine someway or better yet...

Do a different exercise that your body isnt used to - By shcoking your body with a new exercise it'll have to adapt by burning off a few kgs of fat.

i'm in martial arts.i cut down totally on rice this year considering i have been eating rice daily for practically my whole life. i instead take in a lot of meat and protein(eggs etc). i do jogging in d evenings everyday and i try to make it in d mornings sometimes. i have at least 4 times of training/week.

The reason why you gain weight back after exercising is becasue you're replenishing your body with the fluids (the sweat) you lost durign exercise and... NO - I don't think youhave anyserious water retention problems but...

Adrian, I need help. I am trying to lose at least 15 pounds by April 10. I am 5 feet tall and I weigh 133.5 lbs. I am 31 years old. This is what I've been doing, 30-40 minutes of cardio five mornings a week, some weight training 3 days a week (legs, upper body, abs). For breakfast I have a soy protein shake with some fruit and water. At lunch I have a salad. During the morning and evening I have more fruit and/or some raw nuts. For dinner, I have either soup, some whole wheat toast or a baked potato, or a combination of two of these. I am drinking nothing except water and light soy milk. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG, ADRIAN? Last week I went down to 130.5, this morning I am back to 133.5 lbs. I am thinking of taking a fat burner, but I am scared... don't want to mess with my body like that. Any suggestions? I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I finally decided it was time for change. I am 25 years old 5'6" and on Dec. 27 I weighed in at 222lbs. As of today I weigh 198. The first weeks the weight seem to drop off pretty fast I have been on about 1200 calories a day. These last two weeks losing weight has been dificult, I am losing only about a pound a week. I am a 24 year old female. I'm not overweight--I weigh about 130 pounds. However, I have really been trying to lose extra "married weight" My upper legs really carry the bulk of my extra weight...the back and sides of my upper thighs especially. For about 6 weeks, I have been eating a good diet of raw fruits and veggies, lots of water, and lean protein. I do about 250 minutes of cardio/wk (running, tae-bo,spinning, eliptical, stairmaster) and about 3 days of toning (weights and toning classes). I've been looking to lose about 5 pounds before spring break, mostly on my lower body. I just started your inner thigh exercises this week so i am sure that I will be seeing results soon (I also do cardio for around an hour 4 days a week), but I am more concerned about how I should be eating. I'm a college student so I usually only eat fruit or cereal for breakfast/lunch (I eat whenever I wake up which is either 9 or 12)and then for dinner I will usually have a lean cuisine or a salad, and I'm a chocolate junkie so I usually have frozen yogurt and/or hundred calorie chocolate packs after dinner. How did you test your bodyfat percentage? Did you use a caliper, electronic caliper, or the online body fat test here: http://www.nowloss.com/online-bo...- calculator.htm?

The most accurate way to test bodyfat is to be pinched in at least 3 spots with a caliper and the other two methods just give U a genral idea of your bodyfat and they're usually 5-10% off so... If you didn't use a caliper i wouldn't freak out too much about your bodyfat percentage and...

Okay, if you can, try to do some type of activyt everyday and...

as far as "how long" you should do that activity depends on the intensity or how hard you do that activity so for example...

If you go on a brisk slow walk - you may have to walk everyday for 60-90 minutes to see results while on th other hand...

If you walk real fast or jog/run - you can see results from doing that for only 20-30 minutes a day

Try doing your stair running at the football field first thing in the morning - this will help you burn more fat so...

FIRST THING IN HE MORNING - that means you just wake up, put on your clothes and go run some stairs at the football field

Then in the evening - I would do 30 minutes of walking or running now if...

You're not seeing the results you like from walking/running - you have to do 1 of 3 things to keep seeing results...

1. walk or run faster for 30 minutes
2. walk or run at the same pace but for a longer time like maybe for 60 minutes or...

Thanks for your reply. Height is 5'4". I work out at CURVES everyday for 30 minutes. I walk 3 times a week for 1 hour. Also do deep steps on bench at football field 3 times a week. I also do running. I am stay at home mom. I dont have to work. I have alot of free times. Maybe I should exercise more? I am trying to lose roughly 70 lbs. My fiance want me to weigh 180. he likes me to be thick in my buttocks, hips, and chest. I do have nice buttocks, hip but my abs is terrible. i know when i lose around 70lbs. i probably wont have that thick buttocks, hips, or chest. I want to be at healthy weight. Which diet pills is better. i dont see any testiomonals from your clients on here. I have wasted many diet pills. Nothing works for me. Thanks

I think for your goals you should foucs on doing 1-2 chest exercises in the same workout once a week and...

To do those 1-2 chest exercises for 4 sets of 8-12 reps and...

Try to do a different chest exercise every 2-3 weeks to keep seeing results

Are you saying a wider-bigger chest or a more thicker - muscular chest?

Hello. Just found your site. I have a
pot belly growing. I am a 19 year old male in the US Army.I am up and on my feet for about 17 hours a day, yet I still have a ugly gut and fat around my pecks.I eat a basically zero. Every thing I eat has less then 1% fat. No matter what I do I cant loss this bulge.I do exercise everyday at unit PT in the mourning and after work on my own time.It is mostly running . I have started some wieght lifting. I want nothing more to to get a flat belly and chest. I am unable to do some of the things civilians can do to loss wieght. What can I do to lose this fat.

I enjoy the videos showing the correct way to handle the weights; I have been working on my underarms for about three weeks now and there is a difference! Lost one inch I believe!
