Hi, I'm 15 going on 16 weighing at 130-140 and standing at 5'3.I have 2 months to get into as much shape as I can to look great for my boyfriends graduation. I ten to have quite big breasts and its hard to find ways to bring them smaller. I've been loosing weight slowly but I always get hungry. My belly fat isn't all that bad but I want to know more about my love handles. I use to be athletic but ever since I stopped I've been less active and gained 30 pounds. I workout once in a while when my belly fat comes to mind, but i need a way to get myself into working out and having a stable routine. How can I do this to help loose my belly fat? |

Hey, I used to have such a flat stomach in elemntary but as soon as I hit high skool, it seems to be that I started eating more and ofcourse gained a lot of belly fat. Now I just started a routine of doing 100 skips, 10 jumping jacks, touch the celing 10 tymes, 5 push-ups, 10 leg raises and a set of 20 crunches. I do this 1-2 tymes a day. Do you think I should follow through with this for a flatter stoamch? Do you think it would make a difference if I do this daily. |

i have a question, i work during the night so i mostly sleep during the day is it wise to eat breakfast before i go to sleep in the morning or is it better to skip breakfast and just exercise before i go to sleep so that way i wont gain any belly fat ? |

I try to lose 60 pounds , and I'm 215 and 5'8 but my big problem is I love rice and beans, the starch, and In my culture we eat those things every day included vegetables, and I'm exercise 4 days a week for 25 minutes, what should I do |

Hello there, well once around last year i basically starved myself having a meal a day and some fruits for dinner and continue with my workout everyday of 3000skips and 100 push ups and sit ups each for relatively months, and then i lost weight, from 54 kg dropping to 46 kg, but it didn't stay long. I lost momentum and all my cravings just came back leading me to overeat, and gaining twice of em back and not i'm 57kg with a height of 1.64 m. I'm really pissed with myself not and at a loss, and i really don't know what to do. i hope you're able to give some real good advice so that i could stick to it and really look good naked cause i can't even fit into my skinny jeans i used to wear 6 months ago. ): Well i plan to go for 4km jogs around 5 in the mornings, and then its school, then cycling in the afternoon and evening for awhile. Will it do? I'm really at a loss now, please do help. thank you very much. i'm getting irritated with the fats and all. |

Hi, i having real trouble shifting any weight at all just now. I think its mostly hormonal as ive gained over a stone since ive been on the pill (for 6 months maybe.) ive been going to the gym as often as i can (2-3 times a week and doing interval training on the cross-trainer to try and burn body fat as well as doing weights to tone up and going on the "power plate" to warm up, i walk everywere i can, i love to dance and do that at least once a week. I keep an eye on what i eat even with the small appotite i have. i dont eat crisps, fast food of any kind(because i dont like it and it doesnt like me, dark chocolate if any, i eat my 5 a day fruit and veg adn drink lots of water. im 17y.o/5"4/185lbs and pretty busy with collegeand work so i dont have endless spare time to put towards this. i just ordered TaeBo to use as an extra exercise to do but is there anything else you could suggest? if there is that would be amazing, if not, thank you so much for all the info ive got off this site already. its been a new little ray of sunshine =) |

Hi I'm currently following your diet program. I had order turbo jam and followed there diet plan but I felt like I was was starving myself. So I went online and seen some of your stuff on you-tube and decided to check you out. My prayers were answered! My family is in a very very very tight budget. Other websites charge you for the knowledge I got from your website. Well anyway I weight about 250lbs. 5'7in and 22 yrs old.I've been eating right and doing my exercises twice daily. But my main question for you is....Should I do anything else or add anything? I cant leave my house without a male escort because of religios beliefs. So I stay home all day. Is it okay just to workout twice daily. When the weather breaks, on the weekend I can get in a good Bike ride or two. Please give me some help. My goal for losing weight is for a good healthy pregnancy(god willing) b.cus I just had a miscarriage.
