Hello.I have a very slow metabolism. My question is the following a co worker and I started a diet/working plan together. We have a balanced breakfast. A balanced lunch which consist of green salads chicken or fish, we both drink at least a gallon of water(sometimes more. I do one hour of medium-high impact step aerobics,3-5 times a week. My co-worker walks for an hour 3-5 times a week. The thing is that she losses approx 2-5lbs a week. Me on the other hand lose about 1 maybe 2lbs a week. Sometimes none at all. Can you tell me what can I do to lose weight faster. |

i am having some issue. as i am still schooling, i have problem with RULE 3#. It's not possible for me to eat 3-4hrs a day as we are only given an hour lunch break and my school starts at 8am and ends only at 6pm. Are there any other ways to replace RULE 3#. |

Hi there. I'm pretty heavy, over 200lbs and 5'2". I'd like to lose weight, but most exercises are high impact on my knees, and my knees are really bad and easily get to the point where they're hurting me too much to even walk. I have an exercise bike (and it doesn't seem to hurt my knees too badly), but I'm not sure if that's the best exercise for me, and if it is, how long and how often I should be doing it. |

I am a 51 year old female weight 236. I want to lose 101 pounds this year. Hopefully pretty fast. I have access to a gym 1 1/2 hours in the early am and 3 hours at night and swimming 2 nights a week for 45 minutes which I just started with water aerobics. I am extremely out of shape and no muscle and my willpower is weak. Is it possible for me to lose this weight quickly whick will inspire me to keep going. |

Hi, I was wondering if you have any suggestions for losing weight with hypothyroidism. I asked my doctor about it and all she would say is it's going to be hard...helpful. I am only 27, I weigh 151-155 lbs--it varies constantly, and I am 5'3". I am on thyroid medication, which regulates my numbers, but am still finding it very hard to lose any weight and it keeps climbing. It was only 3 or 4 years ago that I was a size 1-3 and now I am pushing a size 12-14! I have 5 children and am always being told that that is why I weigh so much...but, I had 3 of them and was a size 1 coming home from the hospital after having number 3..lol Any advice you have would be great! What an excellent site to stumble upon. I am 182 pounds and 5'6". I would like to be 145lbs by July. Is this possible? Also, when you say eating 4-5 small meals/day can this be a protein shake( by nutrilean by Genuine Health)? I am a person who is always hungry and CRAVE sugar/chocolate. I used to weight between 110 and 115 pounds before I got pregnant. 45 lbs later, it took me 15 months of breastfeeding to come back to 118. I was so happy and then when I stopped breastfeeding I started putting on weight. I am at 128 now and at 5 feet 2inches, I have the biggest belly anyone has ever seen. I am asked atleast once everyday if I'm pregnanct. I started walking/running for 30 min three times a week, but it did not even help. My biggest weakness is two cups of rice for lunch, other than that I don't think I eat more than 1500 calories. My daughter's second birthday is in three weeks. What is the fastest way I can lose my belly in three weeks? Also, does Acai Burn (weight loss supplement) work? |

Hi, I am a 25 yo, female, body frame small, Height 5'1, weight 150, body fat percentage 33.3%, waist measurement 33 in. This semester I joined the college gym (access t,w,R, possibly F) (home access of free weights and exercise bike), problem is I don't know where to start. Pretty much I need to lose weight and tone all parts of my body but without bulking up, I already have pretty big legs with muscle and fat (so I definitely don't want them to get any bigger. What routines should I do to get rid of my stomach and the fat generally everywhere. I would like to do cardio/aerobic everyday and abs everyday but as far as the other stuff goes I am clueless. |
