I am 20 years old 6'0" and 180 pounds. I used to be thin and have a flat belly. I recently gained 15 pounds basically from eating too many hot cheetos and fast food. I look like i'm 5 months pregnant. I gained weight in my hips and thighs too and i can't fit into many of my jeans anymore. I need to get my slim stomache back. I NEED YOUR HELP!! I'm 5'6" and about 185 #. Most of my weight is belly fat, and I've been planning on getting super intense on getting rid of it, but now I'm four weeks pregnant. This is my eighth (and last)child. It seems each child stretches out the belly more and more. Anyway, I'm 42 years old and healthy. I know that pregnancy is not the time to start dieting, but it's definitely a time to focus on healthy eating. (I hate the term DIET anyway. I'd rather just adjust eating habits as a lifestyle change.) What can I do to help reduce my belly fat while I am pregnant? Thanks for your help! |

Hi, i'm about 5'1 (though my school scale says I'm 59 inches but maybe I wasn't standing up straight becasue last year I was 61 inches and I couldn't have shrunk)and I weigh about 111 lbs. (Again, my school scale says 117. Its one of those old-fashioned scales.) Is this healthy or not? And are those scales, the ones that school use, accurate? Because my scale at home says I'm 111. |

I am going to rec. this site to everyone I know, even to those who don't need to lose weight. It's a great and wonderful diet for life! hellllo, i am 5'4 and 125lbs, age 20. I recently gained it due to a hormone imbalance it was gained over a 6 months stretch. I'm a mother of a 2 yr old, and never had weght problems even after givig birth to my daughter. my body snapped back! now i battling it and i am so impatient to wait months and years to see SOME KIND of inkling of results; that i give up. |

Hello, im 5'll..156pounds..and im 21 years old..you would probably say that Im fine but my thing is i want to become a professional runway model. my measurements are 34-29-38. and my measurements need to be 34-25-35. But i dnt know a heathly way to lose the inches. Im a college student and sometimes a bite to eat comes from the nearest fast food restaurant, i just really need help because this is my dream and i dnt want to lose out on my dream bc i feel that it is achievable. hey, im 13, 130 pounds, and 5'2". like u said, i excercise before breakfast (either run/walk a mile or hula hoop for an hour) then before lunch i do the weight loss video 1, before dinner i do the 2nd weight loss video, and after dinner i do some kinda strength workout. is this daily thing good enough to help me drop like 15 pounds in about 4 weeks? |

I have tried a calorie intake 1600 -1700 calories a day and I still didn't lose any weight. I am now trying 1200 calorie intake if I don't lose weight I really don't know what to do.I weigh 244 and I am 5'6 black female this is all new to me I have never had a weight loss problem so I am very frustrated I've been watching my calorie intake and strength train twice a week and burning off 500 calories a day 6 day's a week. I am going to eat on the scale tomorrow and she want happens. But I am really scared that I will gain weight since this site is telling me I need to eat between 1631 to 2000 calories a day.to many site say to many thing about weight loss. |

Is Talapia ok? I do not see that on the list. Also, what about Rice Milk? I am extremely lactose intolerant! Causes headaches,stom pain etc. I am only 5'5" at 277lbs...I need to lose weight for health reasons, what is the safest but most RAPID way. Also taking a cruise in November, HELP! |
