Lets get to the point. Im too skinny :
I have a skinny waist and stomach (which i dont want to change) but, i have pretty skinny thighs and no butt. Im not asking for a huge j-lo butt, but i want SOME meat on my thighs and butt, and i really want some shape to my butt. Is there any excersise or food that i can try to get a perky round shaped butt, with some meaat on those bones.
& is it possible to gain fat on your butt even if you have nothing there with food and/or excersises?

My problem is this- I already have a butt... you know the kind with the shelf and everything? From the side view it's great, but from behind (head on), it just doesn't look shapely. Basically, I'd like to know how do I shape and tone my butt? Also, how do you get rounded lifted cheeks? I know that's a silly question, but I even see women with no butts have toned lifted cheeks. I know most of your questions are how to get butt and gain fat...I already have that- I just want to look good in jeans from ALL angles. ???

In your case - you really need to focus on losing weight first and then focus on getting a butt like J-Lo because as you lose weight (up to 90 pounds some of that fat you burn will come off your butt which will make it smaller but after you lose weight - you can gain butt muscle to get a J-Lo type figure

Just how big does you but get because I want the shape of jlo"s butt but my butt is already pretty big . Then I again wont I lose it a little bit because I am trying to lose weight Im 235 5.7 right now but I was 242 ,Im trying to get to 150 I work out every day 1 day I work out my arms and legs and then 2nd my abs and love handles then I repeat the routine all over again. I am also taking hydroxycut Max (for women) so I am losing weight pretty fast I drik nothig but water too and am on a low calorie diet.
So I am basiclly asking if I can keep my size but get Jlo"s shape.

I have a butt that's rounded at the bottom but kinda flat towards the top (if that makes any sense to you!?) I would like to lift my butt. I love those butts that are extremely high and kinda looks like it's sitting on your back..lol. I look terrible in high waist jeans because of the flat top half of my butt. I'm 24 years old and 5'7. My measurements are 39-34-42 and I'm 171lbs. I've been in the gym and changing my eating habits for months trying to get rid of excess fat. I resorted to a weight loss pill (Hydroxicut) about a month and a half ago to help me because I only lost 2lbs after the first three months.
I want to keep my hips and buttocks close to the way they are, but I want to get rid of the flab which seems to be concentrated from the belt up! My goal is a 28-29 inch waist. It's frustrating.
I read on your site that doing too much aerobics can actually hinder me from getting the type of hour glass figure that I want.
How many times per week should I do cardio or aerobics to help me lose the weight? I've been doing the Elevated High Steps almost every day to help build muscle in my hip and buttocks. Will doing them every day help me see results faster?

hi! i started running a mile a day for about 15-20minutes (I never ran before, so that was enough to tire me out) for a month and a half. I don't know what I could really suggest to make someone who is skinny more skinnier but...

If muscular - just avoid leg exercises all together to reduce size and...

I was reading your comments to the ladies on this website and I was particually looking at the message you gave to Nicole. You were telling her the difference between the j lo workout plan and the beyonce workout plan. When you said "a little bite" of size, what do you exactly mean by that. I was thinking by increasing the inches so then it can stick out or do you mean by making you have more of a curve to make your hips stick out.
I am currently on the j lo plan, and it workout out well. My butt is getting rounder and lifted. I just want it to stick out some more from both side and front view. I hope you know what I mean. I'm 27 and have the current measurements of 36-33-36, weigh about 135lbs and I'm sick of looking like a ruler. My hips actually cave in and I hate it. I want a figure like Sarah Jessica Parker, or the figure of a 1950's or 1960's pin-up model, an hourglass figure. I had a figure like this in high school, but after many surgeries -including having both hips replaced (I have sickle cell anemia), I now look like a boy. What do you suggest?

Of course it wont be like Beyonce's . I want to basically maximize my full potential back there by going from "o.k" to "great" in terms of tone and size /muscle. summmer is almost here!

The beyonce workout is for people who want to add "a little bit" of size to their butt or for people who just want to get a better looking butt that's not too big while the J-lo workout helps people get a bigger - sexier athletic looking butt

What will this workout do to a flat butt. I know it will make it bigger but whats the difference between this one and the j-lo one. They both look good.

If you're trying to increase your butt size The j-lo butt workout or the... jessica Biel butt workout will do fine.

I have been watching some of your videos and found they are the easiest I've seen. I'm working on the flabby arms. I had a spinal fusion with a lot of hardware in L5-S1 8 mos. ago (Aug. 17, 2007). I need advice on exercises that will not hurt my lower back.

Do Jennifer Lopez butt workout plan but instead of doing the Single Leg Butt Bridge... Do the At-home hyperextensions with at least 10-to-15 pounds
Try this and see what happens after about 2 weeks and tell me if this helps - if not - contact me and I'll see if I can figure out another solution to your problem

Hello. First of all, thank you for your site. My problem is mainly my lower butt area. The upper "padding" of my butt is nice and round and firm. I wish I could have said that about the lower half. From the back, my butt looks nice and round, but from the side, the lower half isn't. What exercise can I do to lift this part?

The "Beyonce butt workout" doesn't require you to do bulgarian squts and the bulgarian squat exercsie will still work your butt even if your knees can't touch the floor - just try to come down as far as you can

Hi! I have really have enjoyed your website. I have been trying to lose weight for sometime now. I am 29 years old, 4'6", and 225lbs. So far I have lost 20 lbs and I have 100 lbs to go. hey, okay this is a little awkward but ima do it anyway.
okay im 16 right and my body shape is so weird idk wat ta do.
im 5'4 uhm 132 lbs and my waist looks like a box...a sqaure perhaps. and my behind isnt flat but its small. :[
