Hey,
I'm 13 years old and have been working out for a year and for as much as I do I should be seeing more results. People keep on telling me to take rest periods. I tried taking a 2-3 day rest but my biceps and triceps actually got smaller. The only way it works for me is if I work out every day. I also lose a little muscle when my sleep not much though and I usually get it back when I work out the following day. I was wondering what I am doing wrong and what I can do to see results.
