Yes - you can give that calf more attention to allow it to catch up strength and size wise with your other calf


hi, i have restricted flex on my right ankle due to a burn on my foot when i was two, had to learn to walk again,so my calve is some what smaller than the left leg, will it catch up or should i work it on its own and as well as together or what.

no its not weak because of injury but just coz i never did exercises n stretching for it .ive neglected my lower body

Is your ankle weak becasue of injury?

You can strenghten your ankles by walking on your heels instead of your toes


i want to try this calf workout but my ankle is pretty weak n so it does not allow me to flex my calves n lift my heel pretty high.i have dumb lower legs n maybe dumb ankles n so whenever i do calf raises on the stairs up n down i am not able to flex hard n so the heels stay quite low n so i get depressed by that.

Just do the exercise you see here in the video for fast calf results.

You can walk on your toes all day for as long as you for fast results

Shaalini here i relly want thoes sexy hotwomen calves but i am so not genectically gifted. but the problem with me is that i hate slow excercises. i can run or do kickboxing but my calves never grow. now i am desperate to make them toned N grow not flat . i saw your add but how long do i do that for ? i mean how many minutes n i so don have patience but i am desperate . please help me i need them within 2 months . ill do anything , i have some fats on my calves a bit but they are flat & flabby can u give me a solution to get them toneed & muscular & sexy within 2 months. this exercise is for men & women and it's okay to do "calf raises" up & down on your toes on the spot instead of walking around


is this exercise for men or women cos i really dont want to have footballers legs, my legs are thin all over so i just want a very femine look to the legs without them looking like a mans leg. and also would it be ok if i just went up and down on my toes on the spot instead of walking around the room on my toes. thank you

That's not too much becasue each exercise works different muscles

Sorry for that - i'll be working on some lower body videos in the future but two exercises you can do to get bigger legs is Squats and Hill sprints

how come there aren't any videos on how to get bigger legs? my upper body is looking pretty good thanks to your workouts but my legs could be bigger.

please help by telling me what to do to get ripped legs?
