Can you recommend exercises for getting an hourglass shape (smaller waist to hip ratio). I've heard that twisting the torso while keeping the pelvis straight (with a broom on your shoulders) works well. Do you recommend this?

Great website!! My dilemma is this, I have a nice firm and round butt and firm thighs from running for many years however my hips are really narrow. What can I do to get my hips to spread out some so that I'm not just curvy in the butt area but also in the hips? Thanks a lot!!

Are these exercises guarenteed to work because I tried the big butt one and it make it firmer and a bit round but it didn't give me the plump. I just ate my way to one but now I have a stomach and lovehandles and my arms aren't tonned anymore.

The bigger butt workout is what I really like...lets face it a big firm but is what looks good in jeans, or naked. I do squats using a squat rack and I am slowly increasing my weights. Is there a point where your body plateau's??? Just how big can I make my butt...seriously!

The only thing you can really do is to not workout or train your calves to allow your muscle to shrink from non-use but that is only the case if your calves are mostly muscular.

I kind of understand what you're talking about but I think even if you do get the results you want with a corset it'll only be temporary

I suggest you focus on losing fat & building a little to get the permanent shape you want

I haven't been blessed with a natural hourglass figure. My hips aren't that wide and I'm pretty rectangular. So what do you think about corset training for these cases, while following your workout regimen? It involves using a corset and progressively tightening it to mod your body.

The women in the pictures I've seen seem to take it too far, but I was wondering if one could lightly use the technique to achieve a more natural-looking, curvy waist like Jessica Alba.

Im jen. Im a junior in highschool and ive struggled with my weight my entire life. I weigh 230lbs.... I do not look like i weigh that much but i see myself as a very obese person.
