Can you recommend exercises for getting an hourglass shape (smaller waist to hip ratio). I've heard that twisting the torso while keeping the pelvis straight (with a broom on your shoulders) works well. Do you recommend this? |

Are these exercises guarenteed to work because I tried the big butt one and it make it firmer and a bit round but it didn't give me the plump. I just ate my way to one but now I have a stomach and lovehandles and my arms aren't tonned anymore. |

I am 185 lbs and I'm 5'6" I'd like to weigh around 140. This would be a healthy weight for be because when I was in high school I used to weigh 10 more than that and I had a lot of muscle in my thighs and butt because I was a catcher. I'd like to slim down in all areas and have a leaner body. My target areas are my legs, arms and abs. Where do I start with the weight loss and toning? |

Hi. You have alot of information on this website. I am just a little confused on where to start. I weigh 200 lbs and have an apple shape. My goal weight is 140lbs. I'm 180 lbs. my measurements are 38D-34-45 and I want to go from 34 waist to 28, if possible. I have love handles and a pooch I really need to get rid of. I want a small waist, toner arms, and a bigger, firmer, rounder butt. I'm good with my weight I don't feel I need to lose weight, I'm very healthy. This website is truly fantastic! Thank you so much for providing us with this information for FREE! The bigger butt workout is what I really like...lets face it a big firm but is what looks good in jeans, or naked. I do squats using a squat rack and I am slowly increasing my weights. Is there a point where your body plateau's??? Just how big can I make my butt...seriously! |

Im jen. Im a junior in highschool and ive struggled with my weight my entire life. I weigh 230lbs.... I do not look like i weigh that much but i see myself as a very obese person. I know i should love myself,but how can i love myself when i look like a pig? I get made fun of at school because i am not stick thin like the other girls. I cannot look at myself in the mirror, or even see myself naked. I have a very odd body shape. I do not have hips and my body is shaped like a mans body. I eat heathy and exercise all the time yet i still remain the same weight. Im a veggitarian and i eat lots of greens ( no potatos or corn) and i drink a lot of water. I need help..... Please...help me lose this fat so i can be attractive and healthier looking |

I have a petite frame -- 32-24-34. I'd like to have an hourglass figure but it's hard to keep weight on. What would be the best workout regime to follow if I want to work out at home with hardly any gym equipment (I only have a gym bench with a leg workout component to it). Thanks! |
