Quick question
I'm not looking to lose weight anywhere else on my body because I already feel "unproportional" (my top a little wider then my bottom)
anyway, can i solely commit my time to lunges/squats/or any butt exercise you provide on your website in order to achieve a bigger butt and thighs??
let me add that i am about 142, 22 years old, and have lost 45 pounds and have kept it off for 2 years.

Hi, im 5"0 tall and 100 lbs. And I've been this way for maybe a few years now. I've been told that I have a fast/high metabolism because im young (16). I've been trying to gain weight in my butt/thigh area for a while, I have a nice shape and everything but i'd like to be considered "thick". What do you suggest i do? do you think that i'll eventually get the body i want as i get older, or do you think that if I don't have it by now i'll never will get it? Currently ive been wanting to get what you may call "buffie the body thick" not really tone or muscular,,right now im kinda thin,skinny and just would like to know how to increase the butt area while keeping thick or fat if im flat "back there" and gain weight at the same time? cause im always been scared of doing butt ex's, and not getting results, becoming more flatter,, also does doing any of the ex's make your thighs smaller?? any way please answer if you can thanks!

Hey adrian I wanted to know if you can give me any info on how to lift my butt. I have a butt the problem is that its way lower then what I want it 2 be. I also want a bigger butt 2 but not right now I just wanna focus on lifting my butt first. Then in a couple of months i'll use all your advice on your website and exercise to make it bigger. Right now i'm focusing on loosing weight in my stomach and tightening it so thats the reason I dont wanna work on makin my butt bigger, cuz I read on your site where it's impossible to loose weight and gain a bigger butt at the same time, so i'm gonna loose my belly first but I definately wanna lift my butt so are there any exercizes that I can do that will lift it up. Also I don't wanna tighten it just lift it up, thanks in advanced.

I can't tell you what size to use either.
I suggest you start off using light 5-to-15 pound dumbbells in each hand and go up from there.
Only YOU will know how much weight you need to use to make you work hard (and not easy) for 8-to-12 reps

I already have a big butt, I am just trying to tone and lift it somewhat, maybe gain an inch or two in the butt while losing some inches around my waist and toning my thighs. What weights do you suggest I start with? I don't have any at all so I don't want to go purchase a whole set if you can tell me what size I need.
