Sitting for long periods doesn't in my opinion do any permanent damage to the way your butt looks but I'm also NOT saying that it couldn't and some of the leg exercises here will help you build bigger hips muscles


I've always had a nice butt but lately I've begin noticing that the fat in my butt seams to be going to the upper part of my butt and the lower region seams to be getting smaller. I do sit all of the time because of my job and I must admit I don't exercise much. Could sitting down to much be causing this square butt look I'm begin to get? Also is it possible to widen the hips with exercise? I need them bad.

Doing butt exercises will tone or maintain current butt size if lighter weights are used and you can make butt bigger with heavier weights and...

If your butt does get smaller it only be because you will lose some fat off your butt and/or you're butt is firming up and taking a nicer shape as it gets more firmer and...

I am a African American women with a nice shaped butt. All my life my butt has been nice. I was decribed as having perfect bubble butt. However, as I getting older it doesn't seem as big as it use to be, the top of the butt is big but the bottom half seems smaller. What can I do to keep my butt toned? Will doing butt execrises make me butt smaller? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

ive been working out for 2 years on and off ( i only did cardio, and some ab work) , and just two months ago I started doing these glutes workouts to build a bigger butt!! I've done the other butt workout twice a week ( with the chairs I do 3 sets of 8 reps for each leg.) , and its amazing, im already seeing results, plus ive been running on the incline on my treadmill, I put it on the highest level of incline and run really fast for a minute, then I walk for 3 minutes , I alternate that for 30 minutes.( I do this twice a week, before doing the butt workouts), I'm already down to 128 pounds , three pounds away for my goal, but I like to take the butt workout to the next level for maximam results what would you recommend to add, or change to my routine?

how long have you been training & what's your fitness level?

The longer you've been training and the higher your fitness level - the more often you need to alternate exercises to keep your muscles guessing


will this also make my butt bigger? i want to alternate this and the other butt workout using two chairs to keep my butt guessing therefor make it grow!lol! do u think thats a good idea?

You can Do the same thing once every 2 weeks or even less - the key is not to get too inactive
