Good exercise and demonstration, but doing it that fast risks injury, and you're using momentum to assist the movement to make it easier, that's cheating! Try counting to 5 seconds each direction. When you can't do any more reps, hold mid way until you're ready to scream and your muscle fails. Done correctly, 2X a week is sufficient. BTW, if you can do more than 7 reps you should then add weight as shown. |
