TO tone up those areas...

You simply do about 2-to-3 leg exercises here and...

Use light weights and do 2-to-3 sets of 8-to-12 reps

my comment is i would love too look good naked i am at 205 and 5'5 all my life growing up i say on up too 27 i was 105 couldnt gain a pound at a whole lot after having kids i went from a size 18 to a 14 but i feel like i definetily need to tone and my calves are larger for me and i seen more top heavy and my stomach is not as buggy but have problem with the hanging skin at the bottom of my stomach i heard its certain exercise i could do to get it off i am i being between slim with a thick like appearance especially in my thighs and hips and butt but i want a small waist maybe 20 to 25 in and cut in the stomach not to cut but enough where when i sit down theres no bugg at all and how can i avoid my face getting so small please help i am a very pretty women and i want it all back. please,please help!!!!
