someone told me to try out this exersise (daniel craig) but i am reading on and i dont think that this is right for me Im 14 weigh 241 hight is 6'1 i want to lose body weight while gainning muscle
also i wanted to see some sort of diffrence in time for hockey season which starts in october i know that is not a lot of time but i would like to see something

that may very well work for you personally but if it were me...

I would add the handstands to either Mon or friday


What about weighted dips/one arm incline pushups on monday, handstand pushups and one legged squats on wednesday and pullups/chinups on friday hows that sound?

TO get bigger muscles - you don't really need to workout the same muscle only 1-2 times a week but if you are looking to workout more than 2 times a week...

Just work on different muscles on different days (like bodybuilders do) to workout more than 2x a week


I have kinda a hard time only working out 2 times a week. I'm always around people who try different exercises and challenge eachother in very difficult exercises(one arm pullups, handstand pushups, etc) is this the best way you know to build muscle working out only 2 days though? Because if so I can manage.

COuld be beginning stages but

Do incline bench presses or elevated pushups for upper chest

Do dips or decline bench presses for lower chest


Hey man, I've been doing chest exercises long time but it seems like my chest is only growing from the side area and a bit of the center and not the lower, upper, and area where the two pecs divide. Any ideas why? or is this just the beginning stages of pec development?

I don't know but probably the way he trained didn't involve much arms


Hey pal, comparing Daniel Craig's body in Casino Royale to other famous ones like Sly Stallone and many others including Hugh Jackman, I noticed that Daniel's deltoids are bigger than his arms which isn't the case for others, does this mean he works out his shoulders more?
