marcelo,

Doing Fast weight loss workouts #1 or #2 3 times a week will help you burn fat and...

Here's some more ab exercises you can do

Gustavo,

You can either...

Keep losing weight or overall body fat by doing what you've been doing to lose weight to lose man boobs and/or...

You can do this workout plan to get rid of man boobs here to firm up your chest area to reduce the appearance of manly boobs and...

You won't gain too much muscle if you just use your bodyweight or light weights and higher reps when doing the chest exercises

I started this summer to work with carpentry and i began to get some muscle in my arms!
But the only problem that i have is that i still can't find many exercises to make my abs tighten so i can continue doing it when college starts and not lose what i've worked for
I have pretty strong legs but i need to get my upper body some sculpting shapes that will complement my clothing, is there any exercises that can get me to lose like 15lbs and begin to get flatter/tighter belly in 5 to 6 weeks?
Sorry i forgot to tell you my profile
Im 6'1" tall
19 years old
177lbs
Thanks Buddy

Hey!!!
I have a question on how to lose man boobs!!!
I have previously read other exercises that are posted on the website, but they all talk about gaining chest size.
In my case i want to lose the chest fat so then when i work out it doesn't look too big.
I would be really thankful if you could help me!
I've lost some weight this spring and summer, but now I'm happier with the way my body looks and the only thing I don't like is that my man boobs make me look fatter and I've never been really fat (fattest was 5'8 and 192lbs)and now I'm (6'0 and 175lbs)
I hope you can help me

Colin,

As long as both your right and left arms are being built up - then there's nothing you should worry about and what you're going thru is naturally since most beginners feel the muscles of their dominant arm working more than their non-dominant arm and you could correct this by focusing more attention on your left arm by conciously pushing more with your left arm when doing push ups and/or

Instead of doing pushups or barbell exercises - you can do dummbell or single arm movements to also help both arms get equal attention

i dont know when ever i do any kind of pushups i mostly feel it in my right arm not the left. what should i be doing differently?

Shafik,

It depends on your goals - If you're tryingto get bigger muscles - You need to do maybe 5-to-10 reps with added weight or do 5-10 reps with just your bodyweight and if you're going to this everyday then... you can probably do 2-to-3 sets everyday

thank you very much for all.
my qusetion is ?
how numbers i should do every day
and how many set?
by the way i have power to do it every day .
thank you...........
