Doing this 3-4 times a week combined with eating right can definitely help you getting a flatter stomach and I cant promise you it'll happen by august.

The jumping rope will help but if you're doing the fast weight loss workouts then that's all you really need to do


I did this whole workout today for the first time. I love it! It really works my stomach. I would like to have a flatter stomach and nice butt by the end of August when i turn 40. If i do this at least 3 days a week can it happen by that time? Also, if i jump rope on my off days will speed up the process even more or is it not necessary? I weigh 150lbs at 5'0 tall. I know i'm overweight for my height but i'm not necessary trying to lose weight but reduce the belly fat and have a nice butt.

I'm almost 18, im 5'5 and weigh 115 pounds
I don't consider myself as 'overweight', but i have quite a bit of belly fat, an untoned butt and a muffin top that im very self conscious about im also consious that i have mild 'bingo wings'

It'll help anyone lose weight fast that is overweight but someone who has only 10 pounds to lose will still lose weight doing this but not as fast

You need to have a body fat percentage of lower than 10 usually to see abs


Hi I am 16, 5'11", and around 153 pounds. I've been doing ab workouts for about 2 weeks now and my abs are feeling great but they are still not showing through the layer of fat. How many times of doing this workout do you think the fat will be gone?

that's up to you and your body but you can basically get the results you want doing this 3-4 times a week and the other days you can do more "light" cardio but also listen to your body so if you're sore - do nothing and dont push it


I'm 54 and work out about three times a week primarily by swimming or walking. However, I've noticed that I'm putting on weight and loosing muscle mass. Today I made it through one routine. But, I'll do two next time and hopefully three the following. Will I still see results and should I do cardio on the days inbetween or rest?

Hello, I am a 19 year old girl that needs to lose a little over 100 pounds to reach my target weight of 160lbs at 5'10" tall. I want to follow this plan - recently I have been following my friend's plan (she is a former marine) of running about half a mile every day, doing about 40 situps in 2 sets, and about 28 pushups in 4 sets. Although I have seen my fat all over my body decrease, it is extremely slow and my overall size really isn't changing (mostly because I eat a poor diet due to current financial constraints). I am a little more fit from this workout, but not very much, and I am afraid that doing this I will either gain too much muscle and not burn enough fat or possibly burn too much. Would doing this workout every day result in that (I'm willing to work as hard as possible to achieve my goal as soon as possible)? Or would it just help me lose faster? Thank you for this site and your information.

and yes - you still need to do the intervals afterwards so do a 10-to-20 mintue interval after


If i do both fast weight loss workouts twice a day, and 4 times a week, will i regain my weight if i do bicep and tricep exercises on the other days cause of building muscle?

Ex: Monday: fast weight2 and fast weight1
Tuesday: bicep workout
Wednesday: FW2 and FW1
Thursday: Tricep workout
Friday: FW2 and FW1
Saturday: rest
Sunday: FW2 and FW1

and also since im doing the workouts twice a day, do i have to do the following interval workout twice a day as well?
