Hi Adrian I am now 40. - have been dieting and workingout for year. I am up and down. It seems no matter what I eat or do not eat I am always bloated. I am currently on the 3day diet I have been on and off of for about 6months. I have lost about 15 lbs. I only really eat about 2 days out of the week. What am I doing wrong? Sit ups or crunches dont work for me either a trainer once told me to lose some of my stomach and then start the situps. One ther question how do I slim down my arms they are much too big |

I'm not over 40, I'm 18 but I was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Are there any specific exercises you know of that would help issues with it like the mentioned 49 year old guy? |
