Im 19 years old & ive gone through some crazy weight gain & loss.
went from a size 1 to a size 9 within in 5 months because of a certain type of meds that made me gain weight.
I got off the meds & lost the majority of the weight within a year.

I'm not trying to lose any more weight, im currently 115. im trying to just get rid of this fat on my arms & tone.

Hi. Most of my life I have had larger arms than most women, and I am confused. Should I be using heavier weights to get thin arms or lighter weights and more reps? I am 5'3, 188lbs.
I am working on the weight loss by doing cardio 5x a week and strength training 2x a week. How often should I work on my arms. I am afraid to get diesel, I just want toned thin arms. Thanks. Please reply to serenity.nowa@yahoo.com

I am trying to get rid of the flabby arms (so i can blend the rest of my body) and leave the lame excuse that it runs in my family-as everyone has large arms (upper) no matter what weight they are. I am using a 5lb weight, and doing several reps totaling 200 per day on each arm-what kind of results should i expect? i started a week ago. Hi I am trying to lose weight by eating right and exercising but it is just dont happening fast enough i am at 250 and i want to lose a 100 lbs eventually i know it won't happen overnight but i don't have money to spend ona gym or even weights so can you give me any advice or exercises i can do that will help me. Thank you so very much for the video for upper flabby arms! I am so excited to get started! I have lost 124 lbs. in the last 12 months and my arms are now so flabby I'm embarrassed to wear anything but tops with sleeves almost to my elbows because even my elbows show the skin hanging over them. My birthday is in 8 days and I am going to buy myself a set of 5 lbs. weights and get started. I have arthritis in both my shoulders making it hard to raise my arm back as far as you show on the video but I am going to no matter what I have to do! Thank you again I needed this!
